After a long flight, I stopped at this McDonald’s on my way home an ordered a fish fillet sandwich with fries and an Hi-C orange. It’s 12:36 AM in the morning and they completely forget to put a fish fillet on the sandwich. All I receive was bread, cheese and tartar sauce. This is ridiculous.

Very busy location. Makes sure to get orders right and make them fresh. I’ve seen a few problem customers: all have been handled with grace and patience without slowing other patrons down.

Well, it’s not often i give a bad review, and i will say the food was good. But the service was lacking at least at both drive through windows last night. And I love McDonald’s, so this pains me.
1st, all I had on me was a $100 bill, I guess this McDonald’s didn’t like cash, or atleast 100 bils. Started to hand it to her and she said said she couldn’t break it for me to pay for my meal. Interesting, at about 645 pm she can’t take it? Didn’t get a banger and ask, just nope. Luckily by son was with me and he had enough to co er it.
2nd thing, with the grandsons happy meal, the next window failed to put the apple juice in it. Until we got to where we were going to eat, didn’t notice. Kids meal with no drink, not good as we were not going home.
3rd, I usually can’t pass McDonald’s without getting a coffee with caramel in it.
I ordered, when she read it back to me I reiterated it again and she she said yes with caramel. We’ll, if there was caramel in it, it was not tasted until the last drink or2. I guess i should have suspected it was missing because usually the special make ticket is stuck to the chip, there wasn’t one on it. So there was every little in it and it was not stirred .
Generally I go to McDonald’s in about 6 or 7 states every 2 months (several in each state) I would say that this is one of the very few times that I’ve had to do a bad McDonald’s rating. Incase you were wondering,, no, it was not busy at the time we went through.

Usually get something wrong with my order. Its the closest to my house and the one place my daughter wants to eat at when shes allowed to get fast food for dinner. Unfortunately, its not always the greatest experience. They also ignore customers inside the building.

Disappointment is an understatement! Dirty dining area, unfriendly, and downright rude staff! With the many 1 star reviews and valid complaints, WHY has things not changed?
I walked in and up to the counter when an African American female pointed at the kiosk and said, “you have to make your order there, no workers,” and she walked away.
I placed my order and asked a Hispanic gentleman if he had a bowl I could have (rushed out of the house in Biloxi MS and forgot to grab my puppy’s water dish). He walked away like he was going to get it, but came back shortly and started bagging food and talking to the Hispanic lady who was cooking. I got his attention and asked again. He said something to her and she looks at me and screams – WHAT DO YOU WANT? I explained again; she said something in Spanish then held up the top to the pancake platter. I thanked her and waited in my food.
They call my order, I collect, and walk out. I realized my fries didn’t have ANY salt, so I walked back in to get some. I waited at the counter, the same male looked at me, but never offered to help and turned his back to work the drive thru. I spotted salt on the other side of the counter and grabbed a couple of packs. He never said a word.

Store has 24-hour drive through listed and shown on their website. I came by to get breakfast before my early flight just to have a rude “we’re closed!” Blurted at me through the menu speaker. Don’t waste your time if youre relying on the 24hr drive through.

The meat is hard as fries ice cold And the nugget greasy and I just left y’all establishment. Poor staff, no one really seems eager to assist customers. Takes 5-10minutes to place a order in the front. Kiosks are lagging, staff walks pass the customers with no greeting nor asking if they need help with anything. 10 vehicles get worked through rather than 2 people dining in.
