I don’t recommend buying McDonald’s; I recommend Chick-fil-A. The McDonald’s staff treated me terribly. They gave me my order cold and with a bad attitude, without even looking at me. I ordered four drinks to go, and they didn’t give me a drink carrier. I asked for sauces, and the manager was so rude, telling me they were in the bag when I had just checked my bag and there was nothing there. Finally, she handed me my order as if I were a dog. This is not the treatment we deserve as customers, where we invest our hard-earned money.

I just came from McDonald’s today to get breakfast and a breakfast was pure trash food was cold everything in the bag was munched up. I’ ve to McDonalds and I’ve been treated the way i was treated tonight. An incompetent person was very rude when she attended me, that I can even say she was racist as she did not attend my call on the first place driving through and I had to go around the second time to get her attention on the microphone. As I was ordering she seemed to be sarcastic and made me feel like what I was ordering wasn’t important for her. I’ve been to several Macdonald’s and I hate to say this one is by far the worst one ever. I was absolutely a victim of racism because of my Hispanic accent, this person should be ashamed of herself for being in costumer service and not able to give a good one.

They should close that shitty store, with that terrible staff they have who can’t provide service with a smile or serve hot, hygienic food. The blonde manager on the night shift was so rude that I asked for my money back and she didn’t even help me.

Went through drive thru. Thought it would be quick with only 2 cars ahead. Ordered large iced mocha and sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I paid fast then at 2nd window nobody came for several mins. The spare time I accounted for the stop was busted. Lady finally comes to the window w/my food and drink. The drink is in a hot beverage cup. But it’s iced, I can hear the ice. It took me for surprise. So I asked if that’s how they come now. She just said “yes”. I drove off, tasted my drink. All whip and chocolate drizzle and no flavor…no mocha. Id say it was 8 min wait total with 5 waiting for the service and food. Not good service. Acknowledgement goes a long way.

If I could submit a review with 0 stars I would. Pulled up to satisfy my son with a cheeseburger happy meal and he was disappointed because the burger only had bread and meat. No cheese! Also, the bun was too hard to enjoy. Too tired to drive back.
Another day another disappointment! I went to get a spicy chicken meal for my son! The fries were cold and I had to put them in my air fryer. My drink (pictured) had black particles in it. The worker was nice and apologized and replaced the drink but the next drink taste was flat and tasted like syrup. There was no acid.

Said no cheese on fish sandwich, got to work to see both sandwiches with cheese. Manager just dismissed my complaint about being charged $.40 each sandwich for extra tartar sauce, which I wasn’t informed when I placed the order. Fish wasn’t cooked well, light color, not crispy, awful.

By far,the WORST McDonald’s I’ve been to. I went through the drive through to order food. I got 3 orders of 6 piece nuggets and drinks. They were out of ketchup,so I asked for a extra bbq sauce since the kids prefer ketchup. Got to the second window,the guy was giving me all of the wrong drinks. I reminded him about the extra sauce. He claimed it was already in the bag. When I got to the house,I noticed one of the orders was a 4 piece nuggets and look like my forest was already eaten, on top of it being lukewarm. It’s always something a issue going here. I only go because it’s so close to the house. The only good thing about this place is that the ones that takes the order through drive thru have pleasant attitudes. Other than that it’s horrible. I’m thinking about if I should call corporate
