Terrible manager Kiara. Computers went down for over 20 mins while I sat in drive thru only for them to tell me breakfast is over and they cancelled the food.
Manager smirked at me and challenged me while voicing my frustrations. Didn’t offer to fix the problem I had to help her understand that now the should take accountability and fix the problem. She yelled asking what do I want and I told her two burgers but I left cause I didn’t trust them making my food. Extremely disappointed

Worst place ever in the US
I went on a Tuesday like 9 pm, they close at 11.
The manager (i think she is) a white not so tall lady yelled to me, I don’t understand and they I enter and she yelled again “I told you I dont have more !!!!!”
She was very mad with everybody and frustrated, also very rude with a young boys that were there, she is crazy.
I dont know why she works there and why te company don’t do nothing

Dirty and inefficient. Paper on tray had a dirty shoe print on it. Kids got chicken nuggets that were stale. Ice machine empty. Trash cans overflowing. Workers sleeping at tables or watching YouTube at full volume.

This used to be a good place. But today I ordered 4 mango pinapple smoothies and I didn’t even get filled. Plus at the beginning the cashier at the drive thru asked me for my personal shopping to give it to her just because she liked it.

From when I place my order in the drive thru to when I pull up to pay, you would think would be a pretty coordinated process. Add the windows where you pick up the food then get told to pull up and they’ll bring it out. You would think the number of people involved, someone would know what I ordered. Not the case. Third time was a charm, but the first 2 times were incorrect. The girl who brought out the food was nice though.

People here are always rude, especially at the window the give the food out of. Nastiest attitudes ive seen in a while. This mcdonalds messes up my order everytime i go there when i order on the mobile app. Tonight i ordered a double CHEESEburger basically plain with only cheese and some extra onions and some other things for my family. My burger had NO CHEESE, and onions all over the place, it was like the dumped the entire container of onions on my burger, yes i asked for extra, but definitely not that much. I ordered on the mobile app so i couldnt even get a refund. I spent my last few dollars until i get paid and i couldnt even eat it because it was nasty and dry. If your attitude is so disgusting that you cant even make an EASY burger correctly THAT IS BEING PAID FOR, you need a new job. Yall at this mcdonalds are seriously disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting. The people at the windows dont even acknowledge you either, like tonight, the little girl with the red hair in the second window didnt even ask what our order was, didnt greet us, nothing, just shoved the bag out of the window without looking and shut it before we could even check the food, and didnt bother to say a word or even look out the window once. Do better, you get paid to do a job, if you cant handle it, shut down or quit. Nobody deserves this.

My biggest issue is lack of menu options. In other places I can order a 6 piece nugget meal. I cannot at this location, meaning it costs substantially more to feed me here than at other locations. And considering it is the only location in this side of the parish, it leaves all convince out the window. Their app doesn’t work if you order to pick up in stores, so don’t bother. Just order inside. And despite the order on the app taking your money, the managers could care less about your loss and tell you to call corporate and they can’t help you, which is false. They play on their phones while packing food, giving no care to the sanitized part of food prep. They print tickets sometimes 20 minutes before the food comes out, so you end up stuck waiting despite the screen saying your order has been ready. All in all terrible experience.
