The food was good but TERRIBLE atmosphere. There was one specific worker that I observed literally yelling and being awfully rude to the other employees. She was working the front area, an older woman with glasses. I felt so bad for the people that worked there. She sounded as if she was in a really bad mood.

I’ve been here about 10 times in the past yr. It’s on the way to work and sometimes you get desperate. Every single time this is what I get, half cooked burgers, a pile of grease on the under bun which has to be removed and a middle of grease in the package. Don’t go here

The employee who took my payment was polite but the manager (Ms.Brown) who filled my order was very rude and disrespectful!! When I proceeded to pickup my order in drive thru, I noticed that the manager was still bagging up my order, so I placed my car in park and put away my debit card. When I rolled down the window to receive my order, the manager said in an angry tone ‘I’ve been waiting on you, but you was looking down. ” I apologized and said that I pray that the rest of her day is better….she responded by saying don’t pray for me, I’ll pray for myself.” I don’t know what all the anger and hostility was about, but I really hope someone talk with her before she encounters someone who will not take her behavior too kindly as I have.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Meal with a 10 piece nuggets, and I waited for over 30 mins for my order and when I get back to work to eat it, my double quarter pounder had lettuce, tomatoes and whatever (I assume it is a deluxe). I did not order a deluxe, I ordered a plain Jane double quarter pounder meal only. Every time I come here my order is always wrong! Y’all have ONE job to make orders correctly and can’t even get that right. I’m done with this place.

I seem to hear more negative things instead of positive things, so I wanted to post something positive. Big shout out to Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Keisha at the Belle Chasse location. My son is a freshman and usually works weekends. He has had some issues in school . I went up there to rearrange his schedule from weekends to three weekdays. They did it with no issues and actually told me, “Yeah, we keep telling our high schoolers school comes first.” Thank you, ladies. I appreciate everything.
