Does #corporate know this store closes early ALL THE TIME?? I placed several mobile orders that I had to cancel because once at the location they told me they were closed and had no food. How is this restaurant closing whenever they feel like it??? I watched several cars come and leave getting ignored. I’m not talking 2 minutes early either, it’s anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour before closing time. The employee, if you can get them to even come to the window will lie to you and say they close at that time. Say they don’t know why this time doesn’t match the time posted on the sign if you ask them and try to get them to admit the lie.

Reply: I’m not dealing with the feedback thing again. Just check the cameras. I went there again a few days ago and they closed early again, but this time the employees were all gone. Several cars came sitting at the speaker like idiots as I did thinking they would actually get service. Very rude. I had to cancel my mobile order yet again. I don’t get how they are getting away with this. Then you want me to waste my time going to your feedback site when this review is enough information for you to check your cameras or even better, have you noticed no sales at night after a certain time? There should be a way for us to leave a reason for canceling mobile orders. Right now the mobile order will cancel without asking us why we are canceling.

Went through drive-through with two mobile order, lady couldn’t find our 1st order, went inside to talk to the manager. She said it wasn’t in their system and that we were trying to scam them. She called corporate and they told her it was valid so she went back to make it, but not before she called me slurs in Spanish cause she thought I couldn’t understand her. This was an hour-long process, breakfast was over by the time I got my food. You know I ain’t coming back.

I ordered food via the app, I redeemed 6000 points to get a 10 piece nugget and added a large fry to the order. I looked though the app to find my cart and pay for my items but could not locate it. I went to the microphone (where you order) and explained it to them and they told me to come to the second window and talk to the manager. An older woman Spanish looking woman I explained it to her and even added an item so she can fully understand. She left, a few minutes later a African-American looking women came to the window and I did the same thing. She left, then a Spanish looking man came to the window and TOTALLY did not care about the situation. He told me that he can’t help me with the app and he can’t get my money back. I said OK can I just oder the nuggets and fries here and I will just pay for it sense the app is not working. He told me NO he has a line and if I wanted to make an order I have to go around the building at get in line. This MANAGER was extremely rude and OBVIOUSLY need more training in emotional intelligence. Im in customer service and I do I understand that these things happen but I Would NEVER talk to a customer like he talked to me.

I’m writing this review mostly for other parents looking for an air-conditioned place to eat dinner while their kids play. This location does have a playland, and my 18 month old was even able to enjoy it. The employees were kind, and the food came out quickly. I saw a heartwarming interaction between an employee and another customer. It was nice and clean inside, too!

This is usually the best McDonald’s in the area. No matter how long the wait, the food has always been perfect. Until this (half filled fries). This is just lazy and infuriating, especially after waiting so long.

Today was the 3rd times I order a happy meal with toy for my kid and charge me for that and they don’t give me, and when I go to ask for the toy, they say “sorry” they don’t have more toys they are keep with my money and they said they can not give me my refund because I oreder online.

Even by poor fast food service standards, this place is bad. We went through drive thru, ordering 1 6-piece nugget, 2 orders of chicken strips, and a chicken sandwich. Pulled up to the window and they told us to pull ahead and they’d bring the food out. Not abnormal, we pulled up. After 20 minutes of waiting, we drove back through to remind them that we were still waiting on food (inner lobby is locked, the only contact is through the drive through). We had to repeat the order we were waiting on 6 times while the woman looked at us blankly, asking us to repeat it one more time. When she finally understood, she tried to charge us a second time. We explained again that we’d already paid, we were waiting for our food. She asked us to repeat the order again. Twice. She was at a loss. Told us to pull to the next window and tell the woman there. The lady there repeated the wrong order back to us. We had to repeat it another 2 times. She finally got it, and only then asked to see the receipt. It was a mess. We finally received the food, but we will not be returning to this location.

This store on celery and veterans is usually horrible BUT TODAY it was the best I’ve ever seen. Big line lots of people and it moved smooth as silk. What a crew today congratulations
