Went in 2 separate times in 2 weeks 1st time cashier was rude to an elderly gentleman and made management finish taking his order manager was also singing wash your hands song and also both times no ice in lobby drink machine. This location needs retraining cause it seems no one wants to be there working they only there for a paycheck

This is probably the last time I’m going to this McDonald’s. Ordered a Oreo Mcflurry and it was just vanilla ice cream with Oreo crumbled on top. Previously I would make mobile orders and somehow they couldn’t process my order (happened twice), and I would have to email McDonald’s to give back my money. Another time I ordered fresh fries and they just topped off old fries with a few fresh fries. Other times they just get the order wrong.

This mcdonalds is the worst drivethru in America. In my driverhru order for the last 3 times; they gave the wrong drink the first time. The second time, they tried to give fish products to the order I placed through the McDonald’s application, saying that they had no product, even though I said I had an allergy. I asked for a refund, the invoice was issued, they said they could not refund and they put my 30 dollars in their pockets. Today, they delivered part of the order and kept it in the pickup area for 20 minutes for just one hamburger. They were able to deliver their orders to the 3 cars that came after me. Even if the employees change, the things that happen are the same, so the manager, no one has a problem, he is incompetent.

Never coming back to this location. I ordered and paid through my app and had to sit in line for 25 min. By the time I got to the intercom they switched to lunch about 1 min earlier and telling me that they can’t fill my order. Not only did I waste my time but who knows when I’m going to receive my money back. I’m so tired of McDonald’s

I visited that restaurant twice in the past two weeks. On both occasions, I ordered a fillet fish with extra cheese, and I was charged an additional dollar for it. However, when I received my meals, I discovered that none of them had the extra cheese. Initially, I thought the staff might have forgotten to add it.

Today, I ordered a Big Mac and a fillet fish with extra cheese. When I opened my Big Mac, I found that it was missing the beef. Similarly, the fillet fish was served without the extra cheese. I returned to the restaurant and explained my concerns, mentioning that I had ordered two fillet fish with extra cheese two days prior and that they had not been included in my meals.

The restaurant responded to my complaint by stating that the fillet fish did not come with cheese. They explained that it was only served with half the cheese, which they claimed was not mentioned on the menu. However, this explanation seemed contradictory because the menu clearly indicated that the fillet fish was served with extra cheese.

I would never go back to that location again. I can’t trust these people anymore.

Ordered though automated kiosk. Receipt printer was broken but counter staff said they had the order. It took 15 minutes for my chicken sandwich and fries to come out. Good taste and nice fresh hot fries.

I have Celiacs disease. I asked for a burger with no bun. My receipt shows no seseme seed bun.
Arrived home……it has a bun. With my autoimmune disease I can not just simply take it off and eat it.

Horrible experience, workers prioritized drive through orders & took forever to acknowledge anyone in the actual lobby. Shouldn’t take 20mins for a meal, will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible customer service, I was ignored for 15 minutes, the lettuce was rancid, I had to beg for condiments after waiting 5 more minutes, my friend ordered from the app and she waited 20 minutes as well. This has to be the WORST McDonald’s in NEW ORLEANS!
