I was traveling and needed a quick pit stop and a bite to eat! I was hoping to get the grinch meal but sadly they were out. I just got some fries and they came out fast and hot. I really didn’t communicate with anyone from the store since I placed the order on a kiosk. The store was clean so that is always a good thing!

This McDonald’s is located on the Northwest corner of the East Sydney Nebraska exit of Interstate 80, Sydney NE. Very easy to access and get back onto the interstate. Standard McDonald’s menu Very clean restaurant and clean restrooms Friendly and courteous staff I really like the $5 meal deal

I can’t believe McDonald’s is letting this McDonald’s run at such a low quality. I was in there last night. I was in there this morning. They never cleaned anything. The floors are gross. The bathroom’s gross so glass doors to go in and out haven’t been cleaned in months. Corporate needs to get out here now

Quick service despite them being busy!
The only negative was unlike some other locations that we primarily go to, this one has no drink fountains open to customers so the staff brings you the drinks already filled.
So when you order from the kiosk make sure you’re selecting what you actually want to drink if its a soda/pop.

We thought the coffee was nicely prepared and didn’t taste like the bean was burned, ie Starbucks. The staff was nice and were quick to come out to our table with our food. It was clean and quiet.

Food used to always be hot and served quickly. As of recently, our past few trips have been quite subpar. The food is never fresh anymore, their spicy McCrispy barely has any of the spicy sauce on it. I also got a McRib and it literally just had a small dab of BBQ sauce on it. Fries are always cold and never fully filled, and the drive-thru seems to take longer and longer. It’s very disappointing, this location used to be my favorite, but unfortunately it has went downhill fast.

I was traveling through Sidney Nebraska and wanted something quick convenient, so I chose this McDonald’s location. This is a good McDonald’s location, the staff was friendly and the food was good. One of the items on my burger was not added, but when I bought it to the staffs attention they immediately remedied my issue. I recommend this McDonald’s location.

Horrible experience. Sat in line 2 drive up and never got served. Drove around and ordered fron line 1. Then sat for 25 minutes waiting for food. All total 40 minutes of wasted time. But hey, they are so sorry about that this is why minimum wage exists
