Stop by while passing through for an early lunch. You can usually judge a place by how clean the bathroom is. This bathroom was spotless! I don’t really care for the gray interior that some McDonald’s uses, but this one was clean. The people were also very friendly. It makes a difference when the people waiting on you want to be there working! Too many times you have kids there who are just there for a dollar until they find something better and the service shows. But these people were super friendly, my order was brought out nice and hot and it was right. Can’t beat that!

The place always partakes in the remodel opportunity every few years, so it’s insides are fresh and new.
I want to focus on customer service in this review. I feel like it has really gone down hill, and it starts from the very beginning of the customers experience. The order taking.
From within my own experiences, lately employees refuse to listen to the customer, if at all. The customer is constantly interrupted while trying to offer their order, cut off mid sentence. I don’t know if this is a software issue on the computers, or if it is just plain disrepect.
It is unfortunate that aproximately 80% or 8 of 10 times I order a meal from here , the order is incorrect and or missing items. Or the worst of all, most of the time it is dead or old food that’s been sitting in a warmer for far too long, and staff has either been told to serve it or they are just too lazy to make it fresh any longer.
I’ve witnessed the later on many occasions and at more than one location. This is a terrible way to do business, and I am nearly certain they are scratching their heads as to why sales are falling, or quarterly incomes are being affected.
Its communication coupled with the food quality, as well as the time they utilize to make the food. It seems like kids are more wrapped up in the social aspect of work and not so much serving customers quality meals and service.

They usually always get ur orders wrong. My husband had to go back inside 3 different times for just a McChicken and a QPC meal..2 other people came in to complain about their messed up orders too while he was waiting. It’s ridiculous….

This is one of the few McDonald’s I’ve been in where you are not allowed to fill your own drinks. It was a bit day, and we stopped to get a cold drink and ice cream. Their ice cream machine was broken, so we settled for drinks. There were two teenage girls at the counter. Our drinks were prepared by the kitchen staff. The girls were too busy chatting and using their cell phones to notice when our drinks were ready, so I had to go up and ask where they were after a 10 minute wait. I went through a similar process to get a refill. This was not the first time with very poor service at this location. Wendy’s is just across the street. Go there for great food and excellent service instead.

Did order online for carry out was in lot when we placed order. Was a small order 1 happy meal and 2 snack wraps. After 1 pm when lunch rush was ending. We had waited 15 minutes for our food. When I finally went in to complain. While I was inside inquiring about our food I noticed them working on number 4 which came 6 mins after us. I said that 4 coming in 6 mins later should not be getting their food first. After 20 mins when we got our food finally the fries were cold and their reason for taking for ever was the kitchen staff bumped the order without it being complete and that they didn’t know it was there. Problem with that excuse was the kid running out orders had a receipt and was requesting our other wrap and was getting ignored and later told he was having an attitude by the manager that was helping to bag food.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Had t wait approx 5 minutes for it to be dilevered from the drive up windows outside parking. When I get home, this was the most disappointing burger I have ever had in mind life, dry and tasteless, don’t ever want to go back there again. McDonald’s used to stand for qualify, used too!!!!!

Turned app ordering off early so went to drive through. Trying to order only 10 piece chicken nuggets and employ kept arguing wanting to know what size. Finally after 5 times got through that all I wanted was 10 nuggets!! And I received 9!!!
