When you stand inline (inside) to get the food you ordered and paid for at the drive thru.. smh.. pull over to parking spot 1, it will just be one minute.. (Yeah Right!)… 7 mins later still no food. While inside waiting my turn to complain and get my order, I hear the same employee apologize to 4 different customers about, wait time, wrong orders, order mix ups, didnt get all of their order etc… So many apologies going out that she had a stack of gift cards she was giving to anybody that walked by or even looked at her.. You get a gift card and you get a gift card… dude just give me my order!!!! smh. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been too..! Sonic in Holdrege was the worst on my list but now Mcdonalds took their spot,, congratulations Sonic.. you didnt even have to do anything and your moving up..

Ordered food forgot to order a couple pies, ordered pies on the kiosk. Was told it was gonna be a 12min wait, no big deal but I asked for our food to be put on the warmer as we were waiting for pies. 3 different times a lady tried to give me my order and I kept asking about the pies and she wanted to argue with me. The 4th time she handed me the bag and said very rudely that all my food was in there. I checked my daughter’s happy meal and I always check dates no matter where I go. The lady was still trying to argue with me about checking dates. I told her I am not from here and I always check dates. I didnt even get her name but she needs to go. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Upon getting back to my in-laws house I discovered my daughter’s happy meal was missing the fries. So not only did the employee have an attitude, I am also missing food.

Do you like when a place is annoyed when you go there for food? Do you love sitting at the menu board for 10 minutes as the only car in the drive thru Lane? Another 15 minutes to recieve your food? The workers smoking vapes in the open and eating food right in front of you without ever seeing anyone wash their hands?

I came in on 11/23 as a DoorDash driver to pick up a breakfast order at 10:30. Now, as a former employee myself, I understand that the transition can be a struggle and chaotic at times. With that being said, upon walking into the store, the kitchen area was in havoc. The staff was yelling and screaming at each other as well as belittling each other. I witnessed a “red hat” walk out after a crew trainer spent 10 minutes yelling at him and the shift lead followed after to yell at him more even though, I only saw him doing anything productive

This place needs to be shut down or everyone fired and start over. Everyone here including the managers want to collect a pay check but complain about actually having to work. They are rude, disrespectful and just gross. Hardly anyone wears a uniform or looks like they work for the company. They are the only place open in the morning that people can get breakfast besides the gas station, but then flip Out when they get more than one customer. 70% of the time the lobby is always closed and they use the excuse that it’s because they’re short-staffed.If the managers treated the other employees who actually do their job with the same respect that they want from all the employees employees wouldn’t quit. The only employees that actually work at the store are lazy and disrespectful , and they’re all friends with the managers , hence why they all still have their job. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go up there for food you’re waiting a minimum fifteen to thirty minutes for your order. They constant.

I am normally not one to make a comment bc I always understand and have respect for those in food service. However this is the 3rd bad experience I have had there and I am hoping some feedback be helpful for someone. At least one meal out of our family of fours is always completely disgusting, the rest is questionable. There is zero customer service skills here, talking to a customer, thanking a customer, taking an order, all could use some attention. The bathrooms are very gross with urine all over. And I’m sure you have tried to train people but I really wish we could bring customer service back!

Went inside and the kiosk was out of order so waited at the counter for 10 minutes before a man showed up at the counter to take my order. He was smoking a vape pen while taking mine and another person order. Both our orders were incorrect and it took them 30 minutes to get mine correct and the other person just left. This use to be a great location but the last few months it has severely declined.

It has been hit or miss for us. Sometimes we have quick service, but recently have experienced much longer wait times. Also, the most recent long wait (drive through) ended with us getting handed a bag that didn’t have everything we ordered. Are they cost cutting…only a half slice of cheese?
Thankfully there are plenty of other fast food options in Holdrege.
