Usually this location is the better one in Kearney however today was a bummer. My mother found what looked like either a beard hair or a pube in her fries. Absolutely disgusting!

Service was horrible and slow. See sat for 30 minutes waiting for food and still didn’t get all the items we ordered. When we went to go confront and ask for the rest of the food it took them 10 minutes and mind you it was slow. When we finally got helped it took another 15 minutes just for two cheeseburgers. No one was wearing gloves from what I observed.

Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, with double bacon. Got home and the muffin wasn’t toasted, and there was no egg. Took 10 minutes before anyone helped me at the register and got it remade and it got the egg but still wasn’t toasted, and there wasn’t extra bacon on it. Took another 10 minutes to get attention again and i apologized ror being a bother then they tried to argue with me and pick apart the sandwich like the bacon was hidden on it. I didn’t even make them toast the bun I just wanted to go home and get the bacon I paid 4 dollars for at this point. Rude employees and apparently can’t read or run a bunch toaster correctly. Go across town for McDonald’s this place is awful every time

This place has the absolute worse servers. I come here often after work around 1am or later. Whether it’s the hunger Hispanic women or young guy with a mustache, they literally throw your food at you. Most of the times without a single napkin or straw. God forbid you ask for ketchup… it’s like you’re asking them for their social security number. Dirty looks, they grab an over exaggerated handful and drop half of them on the ground. You say think you , and they just glare at you like you’re the worst inconvenience possible. This is literally my experience at least 20 different times in the last two years. I just left there, I knew guy at the second window so I had some hope, WRONG, same attitude when I asked for ketchup and a napkin since none were included. Idk maybe it’s just me but the older lady at the front window is very nice, and then you get your food and it’s the exact opposite. Rude and rather condescending at times. I should’ve wrote a review way earlier, but I’m about to leave the area permanently and figured I’d put one in since I stopped there probably for the last time tonight. Place seems to need a full-blown culture change.

The food was delicious. Too many times the fries are not hot enough but these were piping hot. Very good double cheeseburger, McNuggets, and fries.

They manipulate their systems and numbers to make it seem like their order to customer time is low when it’s not by pressing they’ve completed the order and then work on the order. I’m pretty sure it’s the manager doing this too.

I ordered my food and I got home there was no fries or my 2 cheeseburgers and I drove back and they where rued and I apologized multiple times to them for being a bother cuz I felt bad cuz they where super busy and the yelled at me and told me it was my fault and I asked how they ignored me and walked away and I paid 20 dollars for all of the food I got no refund or anything

I come here alot almost every night and lately things have been going down hill food is cold right out the drive thru window and have been sending orders out without even checking them things forgotten like I even door dash a 75% of the time they forgot something and I have to spend more gas just to go back in forth to get things right and if it was up to me I’d be making McDonald’s pay for the gas I have to use thank you but I dont think ill be going to this McDonald’s anymore
