Got a Caramel Macchiato the lady that took my order and my payment was very nice, very polite, pleasant interaction. The lady who made my drink, however, seemed flustered and annoyed. And my my drink forcefully and just said “Here” seemed as if I was inconveniencing her by going through drive-thru and getting a coffee. I don’t think she knew how to make a Caramel Macchiato I got a cup of milk/ creamer with a caramel drizzle and a splash of regular coffee that barely changed the color of the milk when mixed in. Would not come back for coffee at this location!

This was the worse experience in Mac Donald’s for ages. Not clean at all, but only couple of people inside and 4 orders on the screen including mine. The food was ok, but they were very very slow. I was in this place before and the experience was much better, something should be done asap.

This restaurant was dirty, counter space near the soda machine had trash all over it, and ketchup was dried and caked on the dispensers. Our order took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish; which I’m sure, is nowhere near the Speedy Service that Ray Kroc had in mind when he started franchising his stores.
Then to top it off, we ordered two McRibs with extra pickles. When we recieved them, we took a bite and to our surprise, there were no pickles on them. We then went to the counter and asked, only to find out the restaurant was out of pickles all together. This in my opinion is unsatisfactory, especially given that basically every McDonald’s sandwich contains pickles. Now, I’m not sure why they ran out; it may becasue of their new promotion for the Grinch, which is pickled themed, and requires additional pickles on every sandwich. But that’s still no excuse. Management should have recognized that there would be a greater demand for pickles and ordered additional for the promotion, or adjusted their restock point. Either way, there were plenty of angry and unhappy customers.
And oh by the way, there is a 2nd restaurant approximately 4 miles away that the manager could have reached out to, to borrow a bucket or two of pickles. Or, they could have put a sign up at each point of purchase, notifying customers that they were out of pickles; had I known, I would have gone elsewhere and actually enjoyed my meal.

Ordered food that looked so messy and ridiculous. My drink was not diet as asked. I’m a diabetic, sugary drinks are not ok. Do better.

I dont know what was going on today, but it wasn’t that busy and yet my order was messed up. The people that were working the windows weren’t even paying attention to who ordered what. I ordered a meal, and someone else ordered the same without the drink. I heard it while I was ordering. Mine was cheaper. I pull up to the 1st window, and the guy told my order(minus the drink) and I told him “and the drink”. He apparently ignored me and charged me for the other order that was more expensive. I caught it when I got to the 2nd window. The lady there told me to park in a waiting stall after asking my order. I told her I had a meal. She ignored me and told me to park. When I finally got my food, I didn’t get my drink still. I told the employee and after a small back and forth I finally got my drink. I almost tipped her even though I already paid more than I was supposed to and didn’t need to considering the treatment from before(this lady had nothing to do with the window people). When I looked at my food however, my fries were undercooked( I know what fully cooked fries look and taste like. No i don’t mean crispy cooked, that is something else.). So to conclude, I paid more for a meal in which only the drink and burger were edible. All of this could have been avoided if the window cashiers would have pulled the wool out of their eyes and listened to what I was saying instead of ignoring me. I hope whoever got my meal enjoyed it tho.

Went to the McDonald’s in Kearney by Walmart. No Grinch meal available which I understand with a new special so we ordered 2 McRibs with extra pickles. First had to find a number tent, the condiment area was a mess with no catchup. Had to go ask for packets. Meal was slow getting to us and no pickles! Went to the manager who said she just was told they were out. You are kidding me! Should have known you were low and gone across the street to Walmart to get more before the lunch rush started. I don’t believe she just found out. I also heard them tell someone they were out of table numbers. Really? A horrible experience.

Alonso was the best, super helpful with everything! I wish every location could have someone so nice that just elevates the overall experience of the restaurant!
Restaurant was very clean and organized. With great service from Alonso and clean atmosphere made the food taste even better!

This place was dirty. The people working were going slow and did not acknowledge us at all when we came in. We stood at the counter for several minutes, and the workers there just went about their business. The girl up front who was speaking Spanish with a guy in the back smiled at us, but never said anything. I went to the bathroom, and my fiance had still not been acknowledged when I returned. Some kids walked in and went directly to a kiosk to order their food. I will not give my money to any establishment that decides not to hire humans, even if those said humans would not even tell us to order at the kiosk. We left and went directly to the Burger King across the street. We had a pleasant conversation with a young man, or food was freshly prepared, and we left happy and satisfied. If I could give this McDonald’s less than one star, I would.

My Grandkids had to have McDonald’s lol, I have not eaten at or from this location in 10 years. An individual from behind the counter attempted an altercation with me over a shake. My point is these guys have picked it up and redeemed themselves. Not only is it updated but the staff were awesome, friendly and were interactive with multiple families with children in the dining area. It was fun and inviting. Thanks for the great experience. I personally needed it here at your location.

The staff needs to be more helpful and attentive to customers that come in the building. One the ice makers needs to be repaired and same goes for the Ketchup dispensers. They need check if Napkins need to be filled. The food was good.
