Pulled in at 10:53 when they close at 11 during a road trip home. Only two people working, the lady instead of the expected eye roll and whatever else, greeted us kindly and was very pleasant. She was super nice the entire visit and the food was great. One of the best McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had.

I want to give a good review, but for this location it’s very hard. There’s always a long wait even if you’re the only one there. We hardly ever get the correct order. The food at this location isn’t near as good as I’ve had at other locations.

They are the slowest McDonald I’ve ever seen. Went through the drive through sat in line for 10 minutes. The car ahead of me left the line. I left the line and walked into the store to see what was going on. They where trying to make a mocha. Had no dome lids. Only 3 people working. I think one of them was on a break. This store is a absentee owner operations and it shows. If you ain’t got the time don’t waste your dime. You’ll be late. Order number 1517.

Full of customers, ONE person taking orders. Fries were not fresh. Manager was grumpy when I corrected my order. Floor was dangerously slick by the drink counter. Catsup all over the dispenser and surrounding counter. First time I’d been in since the remodel. Not planning to go back.

When we entered the restaurant, no one was at the counter. Those in the back started yelling at an employee to come take our order. The kid (high schooler) took our order and fumbled thru it. We ordered off the value menu stating the item by #. He asked us if we wanted meals. Then he didn’t know how to enter them into the register. He did count out my change when I paid. Had to pass 3 tables to find a clean one. Gage brought us our food quickly. He had to bring us cups as they were not given to us earlier. He apologized and used a pleasant voice tone. The food was good! Hot and tasty. During our meal, we could hear the employees yelling at each other. They were so loud. Gage was then told to clean the tables in the lobby. He would chat pleasantly if he was by a customer. When a customer came in, the female manager came out and yelled at Gage to watch the door for customers and take their orders. He went up to the counter and she was taking the order. When leaving, I walked past Gage and told him I was sorry he worked where people yelled and I hoped it got better. He did not reply.

Filthy. Dead bugs all over and clearly hasn’t been cleaned recently. We were there in the morning and the floor hadn’t been swept-there were French fries on the floor from days past. Staff seemed inexperienced and unsure. Food was consistently McDonalds which is the only reason we stopped. What has happened to McDonald’s quality?

They dont even truly deserve a single star. Save your money, time, and sanity for a better place to eat. Worst service I’ve ever had. Seriously some of the most incompetent workers I’ve ever come across!. I only have eaten here maybe once or twice a year because I keep running into the same thing every time. I like to think things have changed over time so I give them another chance, but nope! Always have to wait 20+ minutes for food. And half the time they dont get the order right. This morning, i sat inside right next to the front registers for 20min with my 2yo son as he was getting fussy cause he was wanting food, all the while I’m seeing upwards to 10 people come up to the register, order and get there food before we did. I have a giant number on my table and I have to go up and ask them where my food is. Didnt get my order right at the register to begin with and charged me almost $2 extra for a mcgriddle and I only got $1 back. I’m never coming back to this McDonalds.
