Pulled up to outside lane and one car in line. Other lane three cars go through and then they take order from car in front of us. Then he asks for order and then before we could answer goes back to other lane. Then takes orders from 2 or three cars so we say we are here. He says I will be back. Then takes order from 2-3 cars. So we go inside and no one to take our order. So I ask for manager. He comes out and sneaks up behind me. I tell him you have two lanes and just stares at me. Then ignores me. We walk out on way to burger king.

Really appreciate this location was opened on Dec 24 as my Christmas Eve dinner plans fell through last minute. As crazy busy as they were with being the only food place open that night, they got through the drive-thru line crazy fast. Friendly staff and food was correct.

Maybe let’s start off with the fact sitting at the curbside for 50 minutes is not okay for McDonalds and for second when receiving our food had multiple items missing, staffing being on there phones and no help to costumers, multiple ppl had to come inside to ask questions about where there missing food went, do better.

waited at the curbside pick up for almost an hour and still didnt get our food. when we did, it was almost all wrong. whoever worked tonights shift, needs some help or something because a lot of people were missing stuff from what they ordered. there should be no reason for that to happen considering it got paid for, id assume that if they ordered food from somewhere they would want what they ordered.

Recently ordered a meal I didn’t get all the food I paid for. I called up there and stopped my dinner since my daughter didn’t have her food I have cold food at home now and the manager said he’d comp some deserts. I get there some rude lady with hair dye thats fading pushed me out the door wouldn’t let me talk to the man I talked to on the phone and when I mentioned the manager on the phone said he would comp a few deserts she gives me a single pie now I have cold McDonald’s to go home to two trips and fifty dollars later.

This McDonald’s, is located in Norfolk Nebraska. Going West, on 275 / 20, Norfolk is the largest city until you get to Valentine. Going East, it’s the largest city until Fremont (or Omaha) so, it’s a great place to stop for a quick meal and a rest. Service was fast and efficient, but be prepared to use the kiosk!! Like most “Fast Food” restaurants, they are moving towards technology to help keep costs down, and efficient services. I noted a very clean and neat restaurant and restroom

Came in to order a sandwich and a soda only to find all the menu boards are turned off and the order counter blocked by cardboard boxs.
If I am unable to communicate to an employee to place my order, I will go elsewhere to get my sandwich and soda.
And what is with the whole front door parking being taken up by 4 Curbside pickup spots and 5 handicap spots? (2 of which are van accessible.)
3 handicap (2 w/van accessibility) and 2-3 curbside should be sufficient, unless your service has severely declined.
What’s more inviting than to have 11+ normal front door parking spots being taken up for such a small minority of people, and to have your counters closed?

What happened to McDonald’s? I order a simple sandwich through the drive and I’m constantly told to pull ahead and it’s weird because there’s nobody behind me. It was not a big order, wasn’t fish or chicken. And I’m told to pull ahead when I asked why I’m told because of a timer. so I don’t understand how you make the food I drive ahead then a worker has to bring the food out rather than just hand it through the window when it’s done. I don’t get it how that would be faster to get it to your customer when they’re driving forward sounds like either someone’s cheating the system or they don’t know what they’re doing anymore it’s fast food hand it to me through the window as soon as you put it together obviously my order should be done before the person behind me if there was a person by me which there wasn’t
