TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE they are lazy they are getting paid to do their job so do it correctly I went thru the drive thru when a male gave us a dirty luck and gave us our drink just to realize that he gave us the same type we ordered a large Dr Pepper and medium coke both of them were coke and just when you think it could get worse their was a hair in our hamburger not to mention our fries were half. DISGUSTING!! DO BETTER OR GET WORKERS TO EARN THEIR MONEY CORRECTLY.

Sooo slow. The last 2 times we have ordered we have waited over 20 mins for our order. Both times we did mobile orders and Both times the wait was excessively long. The one order we had to go in and get our food which was just sitting on the counter for presumably the entire 25 mins we were parked. This last time we used drive through hoping it would be faster. It was not. The order was 1 happy meal and 2 burgers and ff so nothing that requires 20 mins to make yet we were directed to park in a stall and our food would be brought out to us. Another 20 mins and we finally have our food. There was 1 car ahead of us so it was not even like they were slammed.

It just seems like it’s getting worse and worse. I will order my food online to pick up and I’m waiting a half an hour to pick it up and then they forget items and it was only two items I ordered too. How could you forget an item it’s ridiculous. Maybe you should have people who can read orders better.

I love this McDs location because they always give me fresh fries. My food is always well prepared and they have yet to miss an item I’ve asked for in the bag! That is super rare so this is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and I love that I dont feel rushed while ordering even if they are super busy. That customer service makes them stand out. Definitely recommend!

I ordered 6 McDoubles with no onion and with added mayo and 2 orders of fries. I got my order. The wrappers say no onion, add mayo. I get home, and they are full of onions, and they tasted and smelled absolutely awful. I’ve had people mess up and put onions on it before, and they don’t taste like whatever the hell that was. I don’t know if someone threw the patties on the floor, or what, but I am really about to snap on these people. $34 meal, thrown in the trash.

My kids were just there requesting their food after waiting 30 minutes & spending $29.13. They were told someone picked it up! My girls without food requested to receive the order they clearly did not have! After asking several times then were spoken to in a different language! Poor service! No food no service yet they received my $. Thx my girls refuse to go again. I tried calling no one is picking up, so I’m writing a review instead.

Every time I go to this mcdonalds specifically the line is packed up with over 20 cars they ALWAYS have the stalls full and half the time you cant even understand the employees cause they dont even know basic English on top of that there is always something wrong with the food extra toppings no the right toppings wrong orders entirely these are at best incompetent workers and im to the point where I won’t let my family go here anymore

I only got a McFlurry on this visit. The food was good, however I had to ask for a spoon and didn’t get a single napkin. The person waiting on me appeared to be a manager or supervisor. I was surprised at the lack of attention.
