I love the decorations for the season. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake ordering my food and told them I forgot something and they fixed it for me. This place has a really good feeling vibe. My kids love it here too

Thought the service was great till I walked out and checked to make sure I had all my food then the gentleman ran after me asking if we got our nuggets. He said he would bring them out after I said id come in. We ended up waiting 15 mins after closing time before I went in to get them and the guy wouldnt even acknowledged me after he was the one who insisted to bring us the missed food items. Plus side all the food we had was fresher then fresh.

I have been coming to this location for 5 ish years and I want to say a big Thank You to EVERY worker here that gives 110%.
Not only are you guys always polite, always smiling but food is always fresh and even though it gets busy busy busy you guys still know how to be accurate, fast, accountable and so so much more.
I wish the McDonald’s I worked at in the past was like this location as it seems to be a positive environment for everyone!

Why am I waiting at 3am in the drive thru at a FAST FOOD place for an HOUR for a door dash order, let alone any order? 1 hour? This is incredibly embarrassing for mc donalds and this establishment. I can only imagine how long it would take if the inside was open with more customers, would be all day! This place needs to close down if they can not keep up with the drive thru when there’s not even anyone inside eating. Wasting my time, and honestly costing me money waiting for this order. Wouldn’t expect any kind of reply or apology from this place because this isn’t the 1st time I’ve reviewed this store. EMBARRASSING

We go here alot with our individuals on Fridays since it’s close to our work. Today has to of been one of the worst times. The place was not very well kept. Had tons of people waiting and only one cashier checking out guests. The cashier was being extremely rude and she was getting yelled at to go to the kitchen and help as she was trying to shorten the line. But she was still not very nice to us. It took a bit over 10 minutes to get our small meal.

I am definitely not stopping at this mcdonald’s again.When I get off work at four o’clock and have to sit in the drive through for thirty minutes along with nine other cars while they switch the menu board. The whole time nothing was said to anybody waiting in line. But there’s four employees working that I could see. Definitely not happy.

Tried calling several times to no avail. It’s a 531 number when it should be a 402 number. I know I’m calling the correct store to let them know that my boyfriend was on his way with my car instead of my truck since the truck is having issues but still wanted our order.

Manager stood at the register on his phone for 3+ minutes without acknowledging he had customers, walked away from the register and started bagging orders. I ended up getting a refund as the cookies I ordered still weren’t baked after 20 minutes
