Absolutely horrible customer service. Manager on duty was extremely rude to me when I asked for help. There was an issue with the mobile order, but instead of helping me, they let me sit in the drive through for 15 minutes til I got to the window and then they told me that they couldn’t help me at all. Manager couldn’t be bothered to try to help at all.

A while gave em a another chance had bug Mac can’t even get sauce on bun was all over side didn’t bring my drink went back got me a cup tea was out and it was pulling teeth to get my first drink…. I’m eating and a lady asks for no salt on her fries for health reasons and omg 10 min arguing match that they had fresh fries she wanted no salt then had issues getting her order at all told her to call corporate customer says she would why is mc donalds loosing business not so much the food or even the prices even though I can gi get a better burger else where it’s the attitude of the employees ya don’t want to serve people do t work fast food or try argue with the customers or serve sub par food sorry just my opinion let alone no one cleaning the lobby and it’s not busy

I went through the drive thru and ordered my fresh food and when I got to the window I realized that everything was old and I let the manager know she just left and gave me another food in just a matter of seconds the food wasn’t even fresh and when I got home the mcchicken had pickles? I called her and told her about it and she just ignored me, what kind of manager is this?

Asked for sweet tea and they were out. Got a caramel frappe and was given pink whipped cream. Had to make sure it was plain and not flavored. No straw to drink it with. Rude staff this morning. Worst experience I have had at this McDonalds in a long time.

Ordered 3 mcdoubles meals and some chicken nuggets. When arrived home there were no nuggets in the boxes, instead there was 2 pickles in one and some onions in another. When trying to contact the location, there was no response after trying for 2 hours. Completely unprofessional.
