Also be careful in the parking lot, the potholes in the ground are the size of craters, I swear. I had to narrowly dodge them everywhere.
Things could be better.
I got this partially eaten breakfast sandwich last month from a curbside order. I obviously drove it back to the store and asked the manager how an employee could wrap that up for a customer. She just stared at me then gave me a refund. I went online to make McDonald’s aware. I received call from the store operator. She asked for the photo which I provided (the one posted here). I heard nothing back until I reached out a month later. Here’s the exchange which clearly shows she doesn’t care in any way whatsoever.
Her: We investigated, contacted the factory. That was are steps. Thank you for your follow up. Was there something you were expecting??
Me: I was expecting at least a follow up on what was done. And an explanation of how an employee at your McDonald’s thought it was okay to wrap up and give to a customer what appeared to be a partially eaten sandwich.
Her: So sorry , that I did not get back to you, I misunderstood. But we did deal with the condition of the sandwich ect,
Ordered via app. Went through the drive-thru. They had us park in the subside pick up spots. The wait was reasonable but the parking lot wasn’t full either. The rush might have mainly been in the drive-thru.
Our order was inaccurate for 1 person. I once ordered a plain cheeseburger somewhere else, but the worker only gave us meat and a bun, no cheese 🙂 This time around, I figured I would enter “no mustard, no ketchup, no onions, no pickles” ADD cheese. They put everything (mustard, ketchup, onions, pickles, and cheese) on it 🙂
There was 2 inches of ice in my frappe. Actual ice chunks big enough to see through. So essentially it was a milkshake with ice instead of blended 🙂
The girl walked up to the car and asked if we got a 10-piece. Yes, we did. She walked away without confirming the rest of the order 🙂 The driver didn’t have time to react 🙂
The bag was full of food we DIDN’T order 🙂
I rolled down the window on the passenger side to let her know and she interrupted me 🙂
I emphasized “10-piece AND” so that she understood what was missing.
She turned away to actually ask the other person if their order was correct 🙂
She didn’t apologize 🙂
She just handed us a bag of food- this time correct, and the reminder of our order.
She is a smug, disrespectful, incompetent person. Incompetent literally referring to lack of competence in her work tasks.
