I pre-ordered a fish meal with extra ice. When I received the meal, the fries were cold so I asked for new ones. They made me park out at the side to wait. My drink had so much ice, I couldn’t even get the straw in the cup. I finally got my order. The fries were 1/2 filled and the fish was jumbled. See picture.

I ordered a McCrispy deluxe meal add cheese large fry, water.

On screen I saw her put the order in as McCrispy deluxe (no cheese added) water regular fry

Then added large Coke,
I corrected her couldn’t understand and though I was putting another order in, after going back and forth 5-6 times she switched to a native English speaker, he got it wrong once then fixed it and the order was almost correct, (no water now). I ask for a water at the window. I get my food a drive away, then my McCrispy was bun, chicken, pickles. That’s it. Not deluxe, no cheese, and I got charged for the cheese.

Not upset – foods what I ordered – they just forgot my hashbrowns. I would have blown it off except for the wait and the fact the girl taking orders couldn’t count change back because she was wearing gloves! I get it’s cold out but not that cold and your in a heated room – give me a break!

I come in this location regularly around lunch time and I have never been failed. The staff clearly work very hard, they get my orders correct, everything is always perfect and fresh. 🙂

I visited the McDonald’s at 6500 O St, Lincoln NE around 3:50 AM. When I tried to order a snack wrap at the drive-thru, the employee said she couldn’t hear me and then told me to “have a good night” and leave.
When I spoke with the manager, he gave me the name Michelle. If there isn’t actually a Michelle working there, then both the staff and manager need proper customer service training, because that would mean they aren’t being honest with customers.
The manager rushed me instead of listening to what happened, and the whole interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like that at any restaurant or fast-food restaurant before.
Because of this, I won’t be coming back to this location and I won’t recommend it to anyone. I’m leaving this feedback so it hopefully gets addressed and doesn’t happen to other customers.

The food was delicious! I tried their new grandma McFlurry and it was delicious! The sweet Carmel and what seems to be nuts or possible some sort of cookie the combination of those really pulled the flavor together. The strawberry banana smoothie wasn’t to sweet and the fries were yummy on their own. My sisters got an ice cream cone and the soft serve was yummy and big. Better than the last experience of the other McDonalds I went to

I wish I could give 0 stars. Had the most horrible experience. Ordered ahead on the app and when we got to the window to pickup our food at the drive thru the guy said he cleared our order cuz there was too many and asked what we had ordered. We told him and he came back with a completely random bag of food, he asked if I wanted Diet Coke or regular coke then proceeded to give me dr. Pepper. We decided to park and go inside to tell someone this was not the food we ordered. The lady packaging the food snatched the bag from us AND HANDED IT OUT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW TO ANOTHER CAR. we had literally already opened the sandwiches and touched everything but she gave it to another customer. This is illegal. We never got our food btw. Will never go back.

My friends and I had a terrible experience here. We got up to the window and asked for a second to figure out what everyone wanted, and the woman literally said no she didn’t have a second… we were the only people in line besides one car in front of us. But when we did try to start ordering she then said (with a crazy attitude) “well I’m not ready yet”. We waited an excessive amount of time, then tried ordering and still no response, so we started laughing and joking about it in our car. And when she FINALLY wanted to take our order, she was beyond rude still and started mocking us as we had been making jokes about the terrible service we were getting. It was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had a fast food place.Then she told us we couldn’t order the chicken strip things because it was “switching over to breakfast soon”… in THIRTY MINUTES. But then she tried telling us we actually could order them but it would take a very long time to make them. So, we ended up just asking for four double cheeseburgers so we didn’t have to deal with the rude woman anymore. We didn’t even order our drinks or sauces because this woman was being so difficult. We get up to the window, she hands us our food and starts going off to our driver talking about “how are you gonna call me rude without even knowing me” and so on and so on. BECAUSE YOU ARE RUDE and you’re getting paid to be here. She went on for a fat minute just saying nonsense so eventually we just pulled away. I will NEVER be returning to this mcondalds. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an employee literally anywhere.

They canceled my order, stole my free points, I had to re-order and spend money again, then it took almost an hour to get my food… AND the large fry was completely empty. Also tried to call the store 3 times with no response.

I’ve come to this McDonald’s several times, and every single time, the lady working in the drive-thru is incredibly rude. Her tone is always harsh and impatient, like she’s annoyed just to take your order. She constantly rushes people, cutting you off before you can even finish speaking, and if you try to clarify your order, she snaps back with attitude. The last few times I’ve been here, she’s even used foul language at me.
