This McDonald’s is located on the South side of Cornhusker Highway just West of Superior St. in East Lincoln, Nebraska. Easy access from Westbound or Eastbound. Plenty of parking and handicap ♿️ spaces available with wheelchair accessible ramp and doors . Very helpful and courteous staff This McDonald’s is set up with the new design, but a couple of differences. It still has the self serve soda refills but no ketchup dispenser (you have to ask for ketchup)

I had already went to one drive thru and 2 Casey’s to get food and had no luck. I decided McDonald’s will work. My thought was if it’s bad food at least it won’t be crazy expensive. I order my food. My mom wanted a McFlurry (I was positive the machine would be down for cleaning lbvs, but it was not.)
We pull up to the first window unsure if we’re supposed to be there or the second window. We figure out the guy is working both windows. He comes to the first window takes our money and apologizes for the wait(there was no wait) and tells us pull up to the second window. He meets us up there and gives us our food. We got home and the food was delicious!!! Great food and great customer service. I’ll be going back to this location more often now. Good job yall!!!

I visited the drive-through today and accidentally passed the first payment window. When I reached the second window, Alex raised his voice and told me I was instructed to stop at the first one. The situation was simply a mistake and not intentional.
Customer interactions should remain respectful, especially over minor issues. I was not trying to avoid paying and would have appreciated a more professional response. If Alex is part of management, the tone of the interaction was particularly disappointing.

Heavenly Window Cleaning Service
No good deeds goes undone, but today the manager here at this McDonald’s Alex made sure that wasn’t the care. He help refund the money that could have been wasted on a order for a needy family and also allowed me to give the food that also could have been wasted to another well deserving family. We more managers like Alex in many establishment. Even though he was been and goes to other location to help out. I am happy he was at this location to help and assist. God bless Alex, keep up the good work.

I’m not a McDonald’s regular, and my expectations were very low when I ordered here on my way to Omaha. I have to say the breakfast 5 dollars deal with the coffee, the sandwich and the hash brown is amazing, the quality was way better than my expectations and the 2 workers here at 5:30am were friendly and fast, I would definitely come back if I’m close again

11/2/25 went to location around 11:00am male came over asking what he could get started. Was very polite whoever else he was working with kept interrupting the gentleman while he was taking the order. as we were almost through our order she came back over for a second time telling us to please. we found this very rude considering she was not taking the order he was finally on the second time of cutting him and us off we told them to cancel the order as it was very rude of her to keep interrupting the gentleman taking our order and we even told them this. We will not be coming back to this location if staff can’t take an order right away due to short staffing or something they can lead with that instead of interrupting your other coworkers who are doing an amazing job taking the order there is no need for another employee stepping in disrupting the order. This is very unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve tried doing business with this location and both times there’s out of half there products. Dont go to this location your either not getting half of what you want or someone who hates there job may make the experience not worth the order experience. All we wanted was 3 10 peace medium nugget meals and two buffalo ranch wraps order would of come to over 30+dollars easy 30+ dollars saved and made for the business if this is the way you treat your customers then I pray this location shuts down as it’s not a good business strategy unless that busI was strategy is to lose customers and sales. If I could give no stars I would.

The young lady take orders was very mean unprofessional! Highly disrespectful. My bf and I waited 40 minutes just for our food! I get it, it’s a restaurant but 40 minutes is outrageous. I’m an assistant manager for a food place. If I seen my employees acting the way she was. Instant fire. Seem like she didn’t want to be there, if that’s the case don’t apply for a job. SIMPLE. The sprite tasted nasty, there were no napkins, or ice! We asked if she could get some from the back soda machine, I took about 5 minutes! Never returning to this location!!

If you are expecting gourmet burgers or healthy high-quality food, go somewhere else. McDonald’s is the place you go for inexpensive food served to you quickly. It should go without saying, but some people don’t understand that they need to rate places based on reasonable expectations.
I love that McDonald’s has an app I can use to look at the menu and order ahead of time. You get the best deals by ordering with the app. All I have to do is let them know I placed my order with the app when I show up. I highly recommend the app for convenience and good deals. The app accepts Apple Pay.
The breakfast options at McDonald’s are good. I am not a morning person, so I usually skip breakfast. I used to work at McDonald’s at a different location years ago, so I can tell you the pancakes are not cooked on location. That would take too long. They are shipped in frozen and heated in the microwave. They are ok. The sandwiches, biscuits & McMuffin, are good. I also enjoy the burritos. The bagel sandwiches are very good when the bagels are not toasted too much. I was also surprised by how much I like the oatmeal when I tried it.
As for the burgers, I am disappointed by how bland the meat is. It’s less obvious with the smaller patties used in the Big Mac and the cheeseburgers, but much more obvious with the quarter pounder and double quarter pounder. McDonald’s switched from frozen patties to fresh patties, but I don’t believe it made a difference. Adding seasoning helps a lot. I enjoy the McChicken sandwich for what it is. A very cheap but filling chicken sandwich. I also really like the fish sandwich when it is served hot. Some locations let the fish sit too long after it’s been cooked. McNuggets are ok, but there are better nuggets from Wendy’s and Chick-fil-A.
As for dessert, I have always been happy with the shakes and ice cream. The pies are ok if they are kept hot. I also really like the limited time custard pie they sell during Christmas.
Of all the McDonald’s locations in Lincoln, this one is my preferred location. Lately, my orders have been accurate and the service has been fast. The public Wi-Fi is very good too.

i went through the drive thru and i corrected the worker 3 times about my order and disintegrated change anything. when i pulled up to the window to get my food after paying there was no one there and i had to wait until someone finally came to give me my food.
