Zero service; the attendant wasn’t willing to work. I arrived at the place. It was empty, and some people in the back were also waiting, and she simply pushed everyone forward. We waited 15 to 20 minutes. I politely asked another attendant what was going on, and she promptly went to check… I know they might be tired, it’s normal, I understand. But waiting 20 minutes and then pushing people who came later to the front is disrespectful to any customer. first time I went here! discouraging

Hello customers and Oksana, who work really hard on this McDonald’s we have a new owner. There’s a lot of my customer know. I have a medical condition and I always struggle. I left a blue family. I have a two cancer. I have a seven surgery and deal with a lot of sciatica after I lose life every time I miss my work I have a new doctor and they know I have medical condition determinate because I was late 30 minutes with a phone call at 9 o’clock. I called and they really quietly told me that you own your his name is Mike and the first thing he was nice person but he told me he don’t care about I’m disability. He don’t care about my condition. I’m late to work today which is a lot of people late. I always work so hard all my cars to people know me those people not good guys don’t come to up there the people next day they be coming right now Their own wash their hands. They sell the cold staff dirty reheat stuff don’t come to this McDonald’s guys and they treat me really really bad guys really bad. I’m going to the human rights. I’m discrimination. I don’t wanna go back to World Cup the bad guys. I need your help to support me. Thank you. God bless.

So, as my experiences as a door dash and uber driver, I see a lot of mess. Today, I was at this McDonald’s inside waiting for 30 mins after I drive there from 16th and pine lake rd. This is the longest I’ve waited all winter and second longest ever. Get your stuff together. Epic fail. I called the manager and talked to him. He doesn’t know what he is talking about either.

Went thru the drive thru and ask for a Sausage Biscuit on a bun.. They immediately told me no they couldn’t do that. So I had to order 1) 2.00 McMuffin Instead of getting 2 Sausage Biscuits on a Bun for 2.00.. I don’t really like Biscuits. So I went in a recorded myself asking them why they wouldn’t let me have it. And was told they have to use the same toaster and change it out for lunch. And I ask why they didn’t ask me if I would take it untoasted.. or at least offer and she said I don’t know. We could do that. I said we’ll I already ordered at the drive thru. Just wanted to know why. Cause I get it on a bun everywhere else than there. And it is always toasted. So I don’t know. She had a pretty good answer though. Lol. But I should’ve still been offered it without it being toasted

My experience has been when ordering delivery from this location during evening hours, I was shorted items or received a wrong item.
My recent order was shorted a Hamburger Happy Meal and received a regular Coke for the Diet Coke I ordered. When I attempted to reorder the missing items I was being charged an extra $3.50 small order fee. With this charge and the other delivery fees it was costing more for the redelivery than the food was worth. So I decided not to place the reorder.

Got a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and dry it felt like i was eating a puck. Serving visibly old food is just disgusting, ordered another a day after and it was the same as the first. Just disgusting

This McDonalds is the worst in Lincoln. Rude staff, fries are almost always cold and unsalted. Tonight we got a double quarter pounder with both patties raw (ew) one fully and the other was raw half way through. The nuggets were so stale I felt like we were eating cardboard. Person taking the order was very rude, didn’t put the order on screen to make sure everything was okay, had to ask the guy taking our money. Do not recommend this one at all.

I usually like this McDonald’s but this time was not one of those visits. Waited quite some time to get to the window around 2pm on a Sunday. Got my drinks and was told to pull up and wait. I waited so long I was getting upset. Finally got the food and drove 3 blocks home food was cold and old and couldn’t even eat it. The wife’s quarter pounder was hanging out of the box and smashed. Greece all over all the burger containers. This was a terrible experience. I usually come by early so i mostly deal with the morning crew that does a great job. Hope they can get this figured out.
