Put an order in online, everything was good my son picked it up got home most of the food was correct expect the 2 CHESSEBURGER meal burgers had no CHESSE? Not just one sandwich both!! Come on kids do better thats an easy one

There is absolutely no customer service what so ever. A an was waiting 15 min to exchange a sandwich that they mistakenly gave him. Then they tried to walk away until I yelled at them to wait because I was there to pick up the other half of my Uber delivery that they decided not to prepare. He tossed it my direction and ran to the back as other people were trying to get his attention. I will not be coming here again. The food is crap and atmosphere is cold. The customer service is non-existant. Shame on mc. Donald’s for delivering such crap. Idk how they make billions in a day with this work ethic

I just want to be able to go to this location and get everything I ordered. Not just once or twice but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here to pick up food for the kids or whatever reason I NEVER get the entire order. I try to look thru the bags but that’s difficult to do especially when the fries are on top spilling out everywhere. I just don’t understand why they can’t get any orders right. I hate that this is the only place in Waverly and it’s what the kids like. Just one time can I get everything I paid for?????

Stopped in around 645pm on Tuesday. Only 1 other person inside waiting for his order. I used the kiosk and waited patiently. The workers were visiting with eachother checking their phones and after about 20 minutes of waiting I asked if I could at least get my drink and fries because I couldn’t wait any longer. The worker offered no apology. So I paid full price for a chicken sandwich combo and left 25 minutes later with just a drink and fries. Terrible customer service!! I wont go back.

IT was so crowded I waited 1 hour for my food asking them multiple times for my food and they did nothing. By the time I got my food it was spicy and hard I hate to wash the chicken off from disgust!

Drove up for a mobile order but they said they didn’t have it even after checking the counter for a pickup inside. So I parked and went inside and there it was on the counter. Some of the changes to the order were made but not all of them. Kind of odd. Maybe it was the app or maybe it was the service. I don’t know for sure..

Been going here for a long time, it’s gradually gotten worse… and I mean worse. Its ran by a bunch of kids that do not know what customer service is, manners, how to speak to the public nor how to address someone trying to give an order. We stopped in 2x the same day and sadly both times were the same. Not greeted at the menu board we got … can I help you.. then tried giving our order, multiple times before another worker had to jump in and take over because they could not understand “plain cheeseburger”after every word that was spoken the kud kept trying to give the total, we had not even got thru the first meal. They rush you and mess your order up. But this time … this needs to be addressed .. the plan cheeseburger meal.. was to have a Dr.Pepper we got sprite, the other meal was to have Dr Pepper we got diet something… fries . Well they were laud over, dead looking and cold, the burgers were an absolute joke… the plain cheeseburgers had enough ketchup for 10 burgers NO JOKE! The wrapper dripped so we had to throw it out, not to mention the ketchup on my husband’s shirt and pants and the box the 2nd burger was in. Well it had enough mayo and ketchup for several burgers also, the meat was cold so the cheese was not even melted and the seasoning was ridiculous. In the past month everytime we have stopped byits gotten worse. I hope there are changes soon because we spend $30 for 2 meals and It’s not worth cold food. You don’t get anywhere asking for your food to be fixed you get attutude and worse looking food. This is the only quick thing in Waverly and I know I’m not the only one with issues here. Please get it together !

They do a horrible job cleaning tables, they mess up orders and when you ask for them to fix it they mess it up again, they made fun of my friends that has nerve damage because he has a stutter which is unacceptable, they don’t respect customers and if you want to ask for help you have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes

Worst experience. Walked in wasn’t greeted, the girl that finally helped us told me my order wasn’t in the system even with me showing her proof, then just walks away without getting me help .. another girl saw it so came to help and found my order right away. The girl who couldn’t find it tells us our order is ready, walks away and our order was wrong. I go back up for help and no one helps, just stood around until I asked for help even tho they all saw me and heard me. Then the rude guy comes to help and was beyond freaking rude! Never again! Took 25 min to get our order and we ordered on line! All due to this! Rude beyond rude staff except for the girl who found our order!
