Overall experience was fine and non-presenting of issues. If you pay attention, you’ll notice the standard ants, crickets, and oddly cleaned/uncleaned areas. There was a worker using a single rag to get items off the floor, clean the seats, and then clean the tables off with. It’s understandable that the bar isn’t high for a McDonald’s, but the unsanitary behavior is a bit unsettling.
Food was great and standard fare; no issues came out timely, but I’d probably not want to see how they clean the back or if they are following guidelines. Again, not a McDonald’s anomaly; there was also good enough eavesdroppable dialogue the employees provided throughout the stay.

Horrible Experience! Ordered a Sunday caramel for my kid and they gave me a plain ice cream and said it was a Sunday. When I asked, I received a “we don’t care” as if $4 for a plain small ice cream wasn’t worth me asking what I ordered and paid for. The drive thru window door was slammed in my face and I was simply forgotten. Never will I buy from this location again.

Probably the worst McDonalds in the Omaha Metro area. Staff sucks, poor service, and can’t get an order right to save their lives. You’re better off raising a cow, butchering it, and cooking it up yourself. It will most definitely be ready before this McDonalds gets your order done and that’s if they even get it right the first try. I’d walk to the next closest one in a blizzard before coming to this one again. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Burger King.

Service here has been horrible lately, always getting orders wrong, first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, 2nd time i was irritated and now they did it again for the 3rd time. Then corporate doesnt want to give me a refund just a damn stupid coupon.

Lobby is not clean at all, the play place area is disgusting my food was cold after waiting longer than anyone ever should at McDonalds I’ll never come back to this location to eat again.

This is our regular location and the manager here is always pretty nice and she knows our order, today the messed up my mcchickens so I went back to have them fixed and I talk to the regular manager and she was nice as usual but when I pulled to the second window whoever was working that window was actually ridiculously disrespectful. Making faces at me, having a disgusting attitude for NO reason, talking shit to her coworkers while I’m still sitting at the half opened window, it was honestly ridiculous, someone needs to retrain her on customer service skills or something cause I’ve never been treated like this at a MCDONALDS

This JUST happened to me! Long wait with drive-thru, wouldn’t have been terrible if my order was not messed up! Not worth going through the drive-thru again considering the time of night and waiting again, this was NOT what I order, it seems as if they had a salad on standby and just threw ingredients together with the old salad… very disappointing! There is sauce on a salad that’s not supposed to be there! Look how it’s smothered in it! Waste of my money

This review is long overdue, and based off the last several visits. From old food, to incorrect orders or missing items, to waiting 25 minutes in a parking stall for food, to being served raw meat, to rude & inconsiderate management, half orders of fries, & management telling us that we can’t have more than 2 ranch when our order included 7 combos plus a 20 piece nugget and 3 mcchickens!!! Just awful!

Shout out to those working Wednesday, March 20, in the evening! With a huge portion of Omaha without power, these folks busted their tails to get hot food out in an accurate and timely manner! We were so impressed! We had a large order, and we waited in line for probably close to 45 minutes, but from the time we placed our order to pick up, it was less than 10 minutes, and everything was correct! Huge kudos to those working!
