told I had to go into the app and cancel my order because they were closed. They said they closed at 1 and any app orders were not made until they arrived. Very disappointed. Then the worker provided me with instructions to the nearest Taco Bell. I understand closing early but sending away a sell already in the system is crazy. And again was so disappointing.
While I was ordering my food at the kiosk today, an employee named David came up to me and said he could help me get a free large smoothie. He took my phone and, without my permission, left a positive review for himself. I also noticed that he smelled of alcohol. In the end, instead of giving me the large smoothie he promised, he only gave me a small one with barely any flavor.
If you are reading a “David provides excellent service” review, please be aware that he is asking customers for their phones, promising a free smoothie or shakes and then giving himself good reviews. That’s for scamming reviews!!!!
They got my order worng! I ordered a ranch snack wrap and I got a buffalo snack warp instead.They don’t know if I’m alergic to spice or not, their lack of attention to details made them loose a costumer today. Also, I asked them for a favor at the second window since I forgot to order some fries. When I asked for the favor kindley, they looked at me like if I had cursed them all and they said NO! you gotta go around aging, with a cynical face. Mind! There was 0 people ordering behind me, I was the only one there.

Forcing total digital by app or kiosk is a very bad move for this location.
They shut the food menu off also so you are forced to use app or kiosk.
I definitely started buying elsewhere because and my coworker is no longer going here either.
Very noticeable difference in guest. Parking lot is not packed as usual.
This is a spot I frequent, but I won’t be back. It takes one bad experience to lose a customer, they should remember that.
