We really liked this McDonald’s! It was clean & the employees were all very nice. It was comfortable with cushioned seats. The food came out just as I had ordered with customizations. I would definitely recommend this location at 13708 Q St in Omaha.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Needs to inspected… The entire dining area is filthy, every surface is covered in something sticky.

The bathrooms are horrible. Sink and toilets are all clogged.

If that’s how bad the customer areas are, imagine where they’re making food.

To top it off, the food was the most sloppy mess i’ve ever had at mcdonald’s. And the soda had barely any ice. Wild to see.

Took 25 minutes for me to get my steak egg and cheese bagel meal. And thats only when I went up to the front to ask if they were still working on my order. Turns out one of the workers gave my sandwich to an employee who was eating breakfast there. Said that no one picked up their sandwich I dont understand why they serve off orders when they dont have everything. I get they want to reduce their times but id think the special drink i had and the modified sandwich would have made them at least have the bag out and waiting for them to slide it down. I sas offered a rushed apology from the employee who had to put in my order again so the line could redo it. Disappointing honestly, especially since I was the only one ordering take out inside at the time

Just about every time we go here (which is rare) food or drink is always wrong. I try checking but never really realize until it’s too late. This last time I ordered a Diet Coke – like one of the only reasons I still go to mcds and I get a Dr Pepper. I hate Dr Pepper …but I’m also not driving back to complain about a drink that’s doing to much. Just a MAJOR disappointment. Never going to this location again it’s always wrong some how. So inconvenient.

I special ordered lettuce on my burger and was charged for them to sprinkle it like salt on my burger. This seriously looks like someone scraped off the lettuce instead of adding it.

Genuinely one of the worst locations. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered something and got home with everything I ordered and or the food is incorrect. When I order a happy meal, it’s ALWAYS missing the apples and the sauce. Ordered 2 DOUBLE cheeseburgers the other day and had paid to add a third patty to the burger. Got home, both were single burgers. I genuinely don’t understand the issue with this location but drive the extra couple miles and go to the one on 107th and Q… it’s worth the 5 min drive.

Paid for large drink and they gave me a small with no ice that i threw away immediately. Also quarter pounder was almost cold so cold in fact i could taste the food bourne illness developing. Please review who was working and fire them bc they wasting ur customers money

Let’s start least issue to worst. Let’s start with how expensive it is to eat at this place now. My word.
Next, I ordered through the drive through and didn’t only got about half my order. Had to double back and correct it. Still not too bad.
Last and worst I got home and my daughters hamburger was raw. Not just a little pink, not medium rare, I’m talking the cow just got out of the butcher and put straight on the burger.
What pushed me over the edge on this is I tried to call the location that is on Google and it does not work. The number isn’t even real or connected. They make sure you can’t reach them. Now I have to go back in and talk.
I really let most of that go since it’s fast food but my daughter having raw meat is where I draw the line. But obviously no numbers or outreach will result in any action so this is the best outreach I have. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I’m not one to give 1 star. I’m always fair I think. I stopped in and grabbed some food on my way to work. When I got there and took a bite of my burger it was raw in the middle. I sent an email about days ago and I have not even yet received a response and that’s where the 1 star is coming from.
