Just got a mcrib today, came with the top bun only the bottom bun was not included at all….. Crazy how bad these places have fallen, Leonard Management of McDonald’s doesn’t manage anything they can’t get a single order correct. If you see Leonard Management in the window for McDonald’s just go to another store.

I have always ordered a simple sandwich. McChicken. Plain. I order syrup and create a chicken and waffle situation.
After years of doing exactly this as an evening meal at this location, I was greeted by a new manager who refused to allow the purchase of syrup. Syrup is not just a breakfast item, and the justification for not serving an item they have is that it is “
not breakfast time”. Are you my mother?
I was then given a sauce that I did not order. The other sauce that I DID order was nowhere to be found.
This experience sincerely ruined this location for me, and that manager or new employee needs to treat people decent. Get rid of him.

Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, I’ve gotten fresh food every time, fries have never been soggy, pop machine area is clean lids/straws/ketchup has always been neat even during the evening the kiosk even prints receipts AND customer service is amazing, my deal for a free mccafe drink wasn’t working and they still accepted it for me and gave me the drink.

Went to breakfast at 9:40 sat nov 8th, the woman at the Drive thru was very aggressive and started yelling at my elderly father. Unacceptable behavior. Clearly the worker doesnt even want to be there. Just stay home. Why resort to starting a fight and verbally abusing the elderly.

1 star is WILDLY generous. Food is better than starving to death and that’s the nicest thing that can be said about this location. Management doesn’t respond, phone is never answered, orders are 50/50 for accuracy, mobile ordering is always down, soda-CO2 ratio is usually off. I’m not going to go on. Use this location at your own risk.

Go here fairly often and the last dozen times that we have gone the order has been completely wrong and when brought to the attention of management they still get the order wrong. Management is poor and have zero control over their night crew and have very little respect for customers not going to that specific store anymore

Asked for a chicken deluxe but didn’t get lettuce or tomatoes. Asked for large fry got med warm fries. Told the DT associate she took the med cold fries back like I was stupid. Places them in a large fry container topped them off with fresh with fresh out the grease fries. I’m irritated!

No one mans the counters anymore, the app is shitty, and there is no way to get in contact with anyone for customer service. McDonald’s is quickly becoming one of the worst places to eat. Inconvenient, expensive now, and crappy food.
