The sausage McMuffin I got was okay, a bit dry, but okay. The sausage is not meant to be dry.
The oatmeal on the other hand was good until I got near the bottom where I found the hair!!
Essentially, I had been eating oatmeal with a hair inside it after I mixed everything in and didn’t see it until I got to the bottom. Obviously hairnets are not being worn, or there is no enforcement of how they should be worn. This needs to be fixed because this should not happen at all under any circumstances!!!

If you want your food made wrong or food you never paid for, go to this location. The people that take the orders at the speakers don’t listen to you so you have to speak to them like they’re you’re 5 year old so they understand what you want. And then the people that bag the food pay absolutely 0% to what they are giving out because half of your bag is right and the other half is someone else’s order. 4 times in 1 month I’ve dealt with this issue so, if you want a mcdonald’s location filled with employee’s that collect paychecks and have no common sense of how fast food works, this is your location to go to

The App let me order breakfast at 1020. The app did NOT say that breakfast stopped at 1030 and that if I didnt get there before then that I couldn’t have my food! Got to the drive through at 1033 for my $50 order and I was told that I couldn’t have it. Now I get to wait 7 days to get my money back. Absolutely worthless! No compassion or assistance from the workers at all. I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I will not be going back.

If you go to this McDonald’s in particular and don’t check your bag, you are a damn fool. I have never, no exaggeration, NEVER had an order be right here. Every single time whole items are either completely missing or wrong. No one has any idea what is going on and they will ignore you at front desk.
Will drive miles out of the way to avoid this place going forward.

Ok now I have another issue I was out in curbside and I had order for everyone so I knew it will be a while wait. But then I get the notification that it should be out 2 – 5 minutes so I waited but 15 min had gone by and I still didnt receive anything and so they had already closed so I had to wait for another customer to get out before I can head in . Then finally I got my order but then I didn’t receive any sauces I had 6 BBQ and 1 sweet in sour . My little sister was upset cause she wanted chicken strips but didn’t have any sauces and my dad was upset cause he had 20 nuggets and didn’t receive any sauces.

I don’t go to McDonald’s too often anymore and this was our first time at this location. Very clean and fresh food, but the star of the place was an employee named Quwalyn. Such an incredible energy radiated off of him. Great customer service skills. Very kind. We need more Quwalyn’s in the world. Corporate needs to reach out and help foster his growth. Fanciest Mcdonalds Ive ever been to. And hands down worst experience ive ever had at any fast food restaurant. I waited quite awhile to be helped at a counter with no one working. Then i received a cold sausage breakfast sandwich which i did not order. Which i then again stood at a counter with no one to help, long enough for another customer and i discuss how poor of an experience we both were receiving. Finally when someone came to help both of us customers i just asked for my money back and left. I really was looking forward to a steak egg and cheese bagel this morning. What a disappointment.

As a McDonald’s employee myself, I am utterly disgusted by the garbage they tried to pass off as food. My Quarter Pounders were inedible, with buns that were burnt to a crisp and meat that was tougher than shoe leather. It took over 30 minutes to get my order, and they still managed to screw it up by leaving out items and messing up the ingredients. It’s insulting and makes me question the standards of this entire franchise. Save your money – go anywhere else! One star is far too generous for this level of incompetence. So disappointed .

I’m leaving this review here since I visit this location often, though I’ve noticed the same issue at others as well. The coffee used to have a rich, bold flavor you could actually enjoy, but lately it tastes watered down. Please bring back the dark, robust coffee from the 90s and early 2000s. It was so much better!
