Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. I’ve lived next to it for 5 years and they have NEVER gave me my food through the window…. They always tell you to pull forward and then they bring your food out cold. This establishment literally is the opposite of fast food. Save your money and drive less than a mile up the road To a much better, McDonald’s.

Skip this franchise. In the drive thru, half the time you get no order review on the screen, they almost never give you a receipt and there is a 75% chance they will screw up your order. Went yesterday and got half way home to discover may sandwich was burnt. Im talking BURNT. Went back and inside. Total issues there to. No one monitoring counter. All 20 employees dressed in random clothes and tripping over each other. No uniforms, no hairnets, no gloves. Staff looked like they crawled out of bed. I could have went in to the kitchen and cooked my food any I doubt anyone would have known. The dining area had no condiments, salt, pepper etc. so all the old patrons had to disrupt the prep atra to get basic items which created more chaos. After 100+ orders filled in drive thru and inside, I finally got a replacement sandwich. Just while standing there I watch 2 other people come in because their orders were wrong. And yes, their orders were fixed before mine. My advice – just got somewhere else – you and your stomach will thank you later.

The person that took my order was trying to understand what a 20 piece chicken nugget combo was. Saying things like “It’s not on the menu” “Tell me what number it is?” You have to talk in slow motion and order a fry an a soda separate. Really felt difficult on purpose in a strange way.

I ordered breakfast the other day and while it was okay, it wasn’t as good as it normally is. The rootbeer was super flat and the mcgriddle breakfast sandwich just didn’t taste awesome. May of been because I did delivery instead of pick-up like I usually do.

This location is hit and miss. They definitely focus on the drive-thru and to-go orders rather than the eat-in customers. We’ve learned to order ahead of time on the app and it’ll be ready when we get there.

Food must have been sitting under the hot light for quite awhile, because it was dried out. The counter helper was annoyed that we didn’t want to use the “order keosk”. Looking out into the kitchen, we saw at least 4 people standing about talking while the place was a mess, tables were dirty and spilled drink was all over the floor when we arrived and still a mess when we left.

if you enjoy waiting ten minutes in the drive thru and watching everyone that ordered food after you leave before you, this is the place. originally came out, and had the incorrect order, no real conversation but an oh, okay. and he went back inside. another 5 minutes before someone came out to give me my food. bag was ripped, contents all over in it.

It started in Lane 2 of the drive-thru. I asked for Apple Slices and Fry for my son’s Happy Meal. Stupid AI put fries and extra fries. I tried correcting it but the AI lady told me the Happy Meal couldn’t be modified. But she added apple slices to my order for $$. I ordered a McDouble with Ketchup and onion, apple pie, and strawberry & creme pie. Thankful the sweet lady at the first window, Aaliyah, helped fix my order. Got home and my McDouble had no onion and the apple pie said to enjoy by 4:33pm. My receipt is time stamped 7:47pm. The whole experience was frustrating!

we got 3 drinks and they were all uncarbonated. the spite look exactly like water. fix your soda machine! at least it isn’t their ice cream machine, but that’s probably broken too.
