So this place was a little crowded because it’s in the middle of nowhere in Kansas. But you figure if everybody’s installing kiosk to cut down on the number of employees, that also leaves less employees to clean up the place. There were big spills on the floor that are a safety hazard. The drink station was a mess. All the tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. The food and service were okay. We got our stuff in a timely manner. And food was the same as McDonald’s always is like. You think that they would just have one employee on shift. All day, that did nothing but clean. They would get better reviews on these reviewing sites and more appealing for people to come and buy stuff.

This McDonald’s never fails to disappoint. Outrageous wait times, every time we come inside or through the drive through we are met with grumpy staff AND management. I have had the gm lock me out of the restaurant a whole hour early simply because I pulled up into the parking lot. The food is always old and dry. Tonight we were interrupted several times trying to order with “are you using the mobile app tonight” repeated several times without a moment for us to respond. We waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes just to be given chicken that clearly had sat in the hot drawer for too long and was hard as cardboard.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I ever been too. The service was horrible. I had three people come and ask me what my order was. I showed them my receipt. They went back like they were gonna do something about it and didn’t return. Finally, a manager comes out and asked me what my order was and if he could see my receipt, he goes back. I never see him again. Finally after standing there for about 20 minutes I finally get my order. The fries are disgusting. I will just never return to this McDonald’s. SMH….I’ve lost my appetite just having to wait there so long and nobody could figure out what was going on with my online order.

Idk how on gods green earth it takes 40 minutes for a fast food order to come out. When they did they still messed it up. If you can’t run a McDonald’s, idk how you get through life. To make things worse, I would’ve pulled out out of here 20 minutes ago, but there is a curb in the way and I’m stuck in between two cars that have also been here for over 40 minutes.

Didn’t want to make it about race but I’m going to me and my husband are traveling through and decided to stop at McDonald’s place. I placed my order three people behind of me, not the same race as myself receive their order. I sat an additional 10 minutes until I finally go to the counter, and my bag is sitting there order cleared off the screen. I didn’t know this kind of treatment still existed in the world, but God bless you.

This McDonald’s was clean and the service was fast and the food was good. It’s nice when you can go into a fast food restaurant and have everything go seamlessly and the food is good on top of it so I’m going to leave this review just that simple. Thanks to the awesome crew is there a McDonald’s!

This is by far the best McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. I stop in a couple of times each week on my way to Denver and they are consistently on the money! Food is delicious and accurate every time, even when I customize every sandwich.

This page was awful. We went through the drive through and quickly realized there was an issue. The was a line of 3 cars at a time waiting after the drive through. The employees were running all the food out the front door to waiting cars from the drive through. They didn’t seem any busier than any other place or McDonald’s. I’m not sure what the problem was. I’m use to having to wait like that if I order something special but this was every car. The food was horrible I got the chicken strip. I have gotten these many times and they are okay. Frankly they taste better cold. This time they were like rubber. You couldn’t break a piece off. I tried to take a bite and it was like jerky. Finally half the piece ripped off. I have it to the dog. I also got French fries. They were completely bare. No salt. And cold. I would avoid this place. Very slow and bad food.

I would start off by saying the people are friendly. But the service is a completely different story. I have waited upwards of 30 minutes when there’s only a been 5 orders ahead of mine. Other than that, it’s about on par with all other McDonald’s.
