I just want to say this McDonald’s killed it. Usually when I order anything at any McDonald’s, something tastes like it had been sitting for a hot minute. But at this location both my double quarter pounder and my fries seemed like they were made completely fresh. I’m so impressed I asked for the shift managers name so I could include it here. You and your crew did great, Tyler!

I stopped in to get a quick dinner for my girlfriend’s and I. There was nothing quick about it. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders (both special requests). Everything went good with the order process and paying at the first window, the cashier was very nice and made quick work. I then pilled to the next window and everything went downhill from there. the girl at the window made my drinks and set them by the window but didn’t even acknowledge me or give me my drinks. I literally waited for 10 minutes while several people worked on various tasks of stocking, etc in the drive thru but no acknowledgment of my existence by any of them. I just sat and waited, and waited, and waited. finally a young man opened the window and handed me a sack of food. I started looking in the bag to confirm my order and next thing I know he is trying to hand me another, all I had was 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. I asked what was in the second bag and he said your nuggets and fries. I didn’t order any of that, it was the car behind me order. I had stuck my hands in their fries to move them so I could see under them. I handed them back and told them it was the incorrect order. he quickly shout aloud that the order was not for the window. The girl who originally was in the window quickly came and asked what I had, I told her my order and she grabbed it off the counter next to them and handed it to me. I had to ask for my drinks. I was given a quick “sorry”. I looked in the bag and saw the grill ticket on the boxes and knew it was mine so I decided to bite my tongue about the service and move on. I did however pull forward and watch to see what transpired behind me, they gave the food I had just had my mits on to the people in the car behind me. I’m pretty sure they witnessed what had transpired so I left and hoped that they said something about it. in the end my order was correct but the fries and sandwich was horribly cold, my girlfriends order was wrong and her fries and sandwich was ice cold too. Sad thing is, the ticket and receipt both showed what I had ordered and it was correct. very disappointing visit and horrible service. I’ve come to expect very little from fast food service but, this took the cake for ridiculous!

Ordered on line service was great. We ordered 2 4 piece chicken strips the pictures are below one 4 piece looks and taste great the other one is half the size of the other one. Not worth 10 bucks for a meal . My husband ordered 2 double cheese and they we smashed.

Reordered online twice and they lost my food the first time and refused to make it the second time. When I called the manager, he refused to let me pick up my food and then waited till it switched from Breakfast to Lunch so I couldn’t get my order I had been trying to get since 9:15am! Do better.. I give way to much money to y’all for this to be happening.

On 9/21/25… everyone that works there should have their attitudes! They were friendly, happy, smiling, and very courteous! They deserve some recognition.
