Is staff needs to learn how to read grill slips. Live out of town picked up an order and the grill slip correctly stated what was supposed to be on the sandwiches and it was completely the opposite. It was 3 PM and only one car ahead of me. Nobody behind me and they still couldn’t get it right.

As McDonalds go this one seems to run fairly efficiently. The crew is friendly and seem to enjoy their work and working together. This is a clean store with food that is almost always very tasty and served hot and fresh. The coffee is definitely up to standard. Only four stars b/c of the few times I was served food that was although tasty either lukewarm or of slightly lower portion/quality. Also the person taking the order has failed on a few visits to ask whether I would like certain condiments that are usually offerred.

I have not been happy with the South Vine Street location here in Hays. The last three times I’ve been there has not been a good experience. I ordered one of their deals on the phone app. I ordered using my points that I had accumulated. However when I arrived at the drive up I gave him my code and they had my total on the board. And it should have been a lot lower in price and I said something to the gentleman. He said they would take care of it at the drive-up window. When I got to the drive up window she gave me my total and I said I’m using my points. She then proceeded to let me know that the app was not working and therefore I had to pay full price.

This MacDonald was very efficient and had fresh hot food. the place was clean inside and out and all the employees were extremely helpful and I would definitely come again and they serve breakfast all day I haven’t ran across one in Missouri yet
