It would be really great if your employees 1.) knew basic math. I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and only got 9 which at the prices IS a big deal. 2.) had a better attitude when a customer asks to have their order read back instead of rolling their eyes at you. 3.) actually add bacon to a double quarter pounder with “bacon”. 4.) Food was cold as if it’s been sitting for hours. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

The place was filthy inside and the people were rude. My dad and I went for breakfast around 9 am Friday. Then for a fast dinner (so I thought) I took my daughter for dinner. It took over 20 minutes just to get through the drive through . They weren’t even that busy. Didn’t help my attendant forgot about taking my order. The worse.

There was a long line in drive thru. That’s to be expected at 11:30pm. The line was moving very slow. It took us 15-20 minutes just to get to the speaker. And another 10 minutes to get to the window.
The food… Yuck. The fries were warm, but rubbery. So, not good. The big Mac was cold and there was a hair in it. Gross! The chicken in the snack wrap was also like rubber. The food should have been hot and fresh considering the amount of business they had. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

The lobby says it opens at 5am, but at 5:50 it still wasn’t open and then the manager had an attitude when we asked what time the lobby was going to open. She said “Oh my god. We’re still only set up for drive thru. No one even comes in to set up the lobby until like 6:30.”

We waited in the drive thru for such a long time for a cheeseburger and small fries. The burger wasn’t even fresh. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s and this one has by far the slowest service. Not sure if they are short staffed, but would not recommend until service time can be substantially improved.

The McDonald’s restaurant in McPherson provided good service, but I observed the table wiped over every table with same cloth without rinsing it. Food not cleaned up on the floor, tables, floor oily inside bathroom making traction slipper, a major issue of standing liquid on the floor at the soda dispenser, this is not my first experience here over the past few days.
