Just stopped at this McDonald’s drive-thru during our Thanksgiving commute. What a lovely experience! The drive through was quick and efficient and both workers at the window were extremely pleasant, friendly, and had big smiles to share! Love to see it!

Stopped on way back from Denver. It was not busy and the staff seemed unenthusiastic to see customers. Out of several items or needed 20 minutes to cook certain food. I ordered a 1/4 Pounder that came drenched in a condiment bath of ketchup and mayonnaise. A complete mess to eat and tasted nasty. Wife and daughter had chicken strips that were good and throws were crispy.

The dining area was closed at 10:00 PM, even though the posted hours indicated it should have still been open. I had requested no salt on my fries—not because I’m picky, but because I prefer less salt. It seemed like the fries were just dropped back into the fryer to remove the salt, which made them overly crunchy and tasted old.
As a truck driver, I had parked next door expecting to walk in and pick up my order, but I ended up having to knock on the door to get someone’s attention. To top it off, they forgot my drink, and I had to return and wait several minutes for it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and could have been handled with more attention to detail.

I don’t know why I ever expect to have a good experience at McDonald’s??? I always say this time will be different, but yet it never is.

In drive through line waiting to tell them my mobile order code. Took almost 5 minutes to have someone even speak through the mic. Then after being told to pull forward still had to wait another 10-15min just for food to come out. After getting the food one of my happy meals was incorrect. Then on top of all that the the fries were half cold and barely salted. If a wait is that long the food needs to be much more fresh. This has happened twice in the last 4 weeks.

This is the best McDonald’s location I have ever been to. They’re always very friendly when I go thru the drive thru and food is always good.

Okay, it’s 27 degrees, there are 8 inches of snow, all the highways in the area are closed and I can’t leave or do anything.
My hotel has basically nada but I look out and these guys are miraculously open. The food was pretty good (above average for McDonald’s for sure) and the people still seemed cheerful despite the fact that they are probably the only ones in town working.
Huge thank you to these guys for braving the weather and staying open. It was great for all the people stuck here.

Did even make it inside. Our son had gotten sick. We had to stop to wipe down before we could move. The TM really should not be staring at people like that. Especially in uncomfortable situations. It was already bad enough I was trying to get out of there but our son was upset wasn’t feeling good. Then to throw a bucket of water right behind us catching by our feet? Yeah no not cool not professional.

Everything was perfect except the tea. Well, I suppose that’s actually a matter of perspective. I was rather satisfied with the level of sugar. They put in the sweet tea, down to a minimum. But relatively, this does not correspond with the mcdonald’s way of dumping all the sugar they have in the store at once to ensure the sweetness of the tea . For real, though, it’s nice and clean, I liked my visits.

Sat in my curbside spot for 16 minutes before having to go inside to pickup my order and the old lady inside was rude to me and gave me my cold breakfast. Thanks again for proving how bad you suck McDonald’s.
