The food was as we expected from a McDonald’s, but the atmosphere was so dismal, we called it SadDonalds, and decided we didn’t need to go back for a very long time! It wasn’t really dirty, although the tables could have used a wiping and the floor needed sweeping, but it was just after the lunch rush. There is nothing available for self-serve in the dining room, except napkins, so we had to ask for every little thing we needed. The worker who delivered our food was cheerful, but otherwise they all seemed kind of depressed, just getting through their shift so they could go home. Even the other diners all looked glum and unenthusiastic about life. McDonald’s used to be a fun, vibrant, happy place when I wad a kid!! What happened?

I hate leaving negative reviews, but when I went to this establishment, there was no one at the counter to take our order. So we ordered on the computer instead, and waited around 10 minutes for our food. Once I got my hamburger, the bun was completely dry as it had clearly been sitting out. I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I am confused as to why someone would feel comfortable serving food like this to human beings?? It was completely unacceptable. I got the impression that the workers were very distracted and more interested in visiting with one another.

Food was absolutely awful. They reheated the chicken that was out for too long back in the oil to make it appear like it wasnt old chicken. They served me actually cold, soggy fries that sat in the fry station for longer than the 5 minutes its supposed to bedore being thrown out. I ran a Wendy’s kitchen in my early 20’s so I do understand how its supposed to work, and how corners are cut due to laziness. Laziness isn’t the main issue at this particular location. Younger employee having repeated coughing fits while vaping what was NOT nicotine in the bathroom where children go and just skedaddled out of the stall as fast as possible without washing his hands, keeping his head down like that’s going to cover up the very distinct odor of NOT nicotine. Looking through the reviews on here and I see that every problem spoke on has been mentioned, the owner occasionally responds but never to the actual problems tanking their reputation. Priorities huh

Thank you so much for ruining 2 of my 3 kids’ lunch. In the middle of a long drive for Thanksgiving. Receipt shows I ordered correctly, maybe train your staff to read modifiers and your expo to double check bags before handing out orders. How hard is it to put only Ketchup on a cheeseburger? Now I’m 1.5 hours away from the next place to get them food, thanks so much! I always wanted hangry children on a drive through BFE Kansas!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered an Egg McMuffin and the egg was green! Asked for a remake and the second one still tasted terrible. No manager even offered a refund.

Slowest, most poorly run McDonalds I’ve ever been to. We stopped to get my wife a chicken sandwich on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The lobby gradually filled up with people waiting for their orders as the food was so slow coming out. It was so bad we considered just leaving without getting our food so we could finish our road trip. We ended up waiting almost half an hour for a single chicken sandwich. People were complaining and asking for the manager and refunds.
Customer service was abysmal. Completely unresponsive and unapologetic to the customers who were waiting.

The person at the window wanted to pull me forward while I was the only customer. When I asked why and he said “I’m not playing these games with you. You can either get out of my window or not get your food” then slammed the window…. 5 minutes later another person came to the window and asked me to pull forward for fresh food ♂️ The food tasted fine but looked like it just got done fighting in the ufc.

The floor was sticky all throughout the restaurant. The bathroom floor and sink were filthy disgusting and we stood at the counter for several minutes without being greeted (not once (placing our food order), but twice (when I went to order a single drink). Sorry to say this store left a lot to be desired.
The food was fine because it’s cooked elsewhere and only heated up in store, so the food was normal McDonald’s.

Horrible food and service. Plus no one was in the dining room but the manager was in her phone ignoring everything. They tried to give me an old hash brown and sandwich that had been sitting. When I asked for new food the manager was very rude and argued with me about if the food was bad. It was old cold and hard. This is the worst service and food I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I won’t be back unless management changes and they take more pride inc try e food service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. What a waste of time and money.

I RARELY eat fast food but my Boyfriend wanted McDonald’s and I’ve ALWAYS loved their fries….until this evening. Our order consisted of 2 large fries that were dumped in the bag upside down and they had SOOOOOOOO much salt that we had to throw them away!!! They were DISGUSTING!!! What a waste of money!
