Stopped at this McDonald’s for breakfast and we had a great experience! Food took a little long, but then again we were 9. What I loved about it was the little playground, hadn’t seen one of those in a while. The food was great and we had a good time just sitting here and enjoying our breakfast.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t say anything about their food cuz I was never given it. So after I made it around the drive-thru and I was at the second window. The manager refused to give me my food and was yelling at me, being rude, and threatened to call the cops all just cuz I wanted my food. The lady I’m talking about is in the photo connected to this. My experience there was awful. I was not ever able to get my food. Never I will be going to this McDonald’s again. Hopefully some way somehow something is done to rectify this experience.

Food looks like most of it is there but service is terrible today. I’ve been here 30 minutes after I showed up for my curbside order to get my condiments for pancakes etc. Went inside and nobody at the counter by 15 people waiting. So after 20 minutes I went back outside and am now waiting in the drive through for this. Just don’t expect this to be fast.

Just came to say what literally everyone else has said. Every time we’ve been to this location we have been in the drive through for atleast 30 minutes sometimes more even when there are hardly any other cars. Staff is always rude and has no issues taking their sweet time with everything they do.

Over the last few months this location has gotten worse. We used to come here all the time and it was fast, friendly and clean. The last three times we have stopped by we have waited more than 20 minutes for our food. Then the food is not even hot and fresh. The store is also dirty inside. If you are bringing kids to play in the play place, just know the floor and tables inside are dirty.

You guys have to schedule or hire someone new for the weekend nights. The line gets severely backed up for 30+ minutes on simple door dash orders. What’s worse is unlike other McDonald’s, at late night they put something in the way of the drive-thru lane that’s closed. I lost 10 mins waiting before realizing the outer lane closed and a longer line formed on the other one.

Staff was rude. I waited 20+ mins for my meal. The staff only speaks spanish so it’s almost impossible to understand the numbers they’re calling. The dining room was DISGUSTING, with customers having to ask the staff for rags to wipe their own tables.

Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in town. Currently sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and counting at 8:30 in the evening. I’m 2 cars from the window but no one is moving. Too bad I used the mobile app this time and already paid. You go to McDonald’s to get something cheap and fast. If I wanted to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes I would go down the street to Popeyes. Speed and accuracy is a consistent problem at this location so I think this is a final visit.
