This place is disgusting! Constantly a mess, they don’t care if their hot water heater goes out and they’re unable to clean the dishes they use properly, they do not follow sanitation procedures, the only ones who give a damn about the public are two night employees who knows what they’re doing, the place literally doesn’t care if the public’s food is cooked on clean surfaces or not! If I were yall, I wouldn’t eat here ever again and go to a different McDonalds. Hell they don’t even care if customers are in line for more than 10 minutes, the only ones that gives a damn are two overnight employees. Never eating at this establishment again! If I could I’d give 0 stars to this place!

Firstly, I’d rather not be replied to with the Feedback page when this is also a valid form of Feedback. I know for a fact this is monitored BY the business OWNER, not google itself.
For everything else? This store is an absolute disappointment. Took 30 minutes to get food in the first place when standard is 10-15 minutes. Kiosks never have printer paper, nobody was manning the Registers, employees standing around gossiping and forgetting whats on their OWN MENU, my wife was given the wrong size drink Twice and had gotten a rude remark from a member about requesting for the proper size.
All the employees were not in uniform either, all had looked like they just got out of bed, especially the manager. I dont see why its necessary to keep 15 or more members on the clock for an overnight shift when service was quiet.
It was upsetting to see another customer get yelled at for ordering a solo item from the kiosk and the employees not knowing that was even possible? Are your employees even trained at all?
How the store is run, coming from a Food and Beverage Manager of another business? I’d get my staff in line and get a new team that ISNT highschoolers looking to get money for doing nothing and grabbing free food that they messed up on purpose!
I wouldnt recommend anyone come to this location, doesn’t matter if its on one of the busiest roads here in Wichita. This is ridiculous.

Have gone here multiple times over multiple years and have never had a good experience. Today, they had us pull into the drive through parking spot to wait for our food. After waiting for over 20 minutes, my boyfriend went in and asked about our order. They plainly told him that they “forgot” about our meal. It had just been sitting there. They were laughing because I guess it was funny for some reason. Then they asked if he still wanted the food.
We paid you twenty dollars??? Yes we still want the food. What kind of question is that?
Once we looked in the bag, we noticed they had also forgotten half of my meal and didn’t give us any straws to drink frozen cokes with. Cool, guess we’ll eat them with a spoon.

Placed a mobile order for DT pick up. Waited FOREVER for any acknowledgement that I existed at the speaker. After several minutes I then heard a very hurried and abrupt “one moment…..” Figured, okay … they’re busy. I’ll be understanding. After giving my code and simply told “pull around” I waited at the window for several more minutes. No acknowledgment. No hello. No nothing — until the window opened and the long-haired kid handed my food out with zero anything. In fact, he was half looking away. Not a “thanks.” Not a “go pound sand ….” just complete and utter silence.
Perched up in the lot to eat… fries were awful (cold/bland/wet/soggy) but I’ll be honest, the burger was good.
What a disappointment all the way around though. Yet, this is somehow acceptable nowadays.

This store has gone sharply down hill. Rude and lazy staff. No courtesy. Slow as molasses. Takes 15+ minutes for one value meal. Usually the order is wrong. Heaven forbid if you ask for napkins, ketchup or your receipt, you’ll get an eye roll and attitude so loud they feel it in Oklahoma. I get it, working food service sucks and I try to be very polite to those that handle my food but wow, I’m looking forward to robots and self-serve everything if this is the norm. Don’t come to this store unless you want to be mad when you leave.

The morning crew is GREAT. The evening crew, downright disrespectful. They forgot half my order and literally didn’t say one word to me at the window. I said, “Thank you so much! Is the straw in the bag?” And the guy who was working said NOTHING and shut the window on me. I’m pretty upset at the food and service I received this evening. It’s not hard to simply be polite and listen to your damn customers when they ask something.

It’s so dirty inside this location. The kiosks don’t work, nobody was attending the counter. When I flagged down an employee he came to the counter and asked what I wanted. The drink area was dirty and sticky all over the floor and counter. One of the machines didn’t work at all. Waited forever for my food and then the employee came out and said “what are you waiting for?” I told him “my food”.
HE JUST TOOK MY ORDER! What do you mean “what are you waiting for?”.
I guess if he wasn’t on the phone he would be paying more attention and wouldn’t have to ask people what they are waiting for.

Why say you are 24 hours when your night staff won’t answer the drive thru?? Had the mic open so could hear them talking and tried to get their attention several times but no response. Super hungry Healthcare worker had to go back to work still hungry because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else.

Go a little ways down the street to the other one for your own sanity. I have, very consistently, had an awful time with this establishment for the span of two years. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for an hour in the middle of the night multiple times. You’d think I’d learn my lesson and figure out this place is garbage.
I’ve had my order listed wrong despite trying to correct them – only to have them insist it was correct – and then be given the incorrect order shortly after. And when I came in I was harassed by some wide-eyed lady calling me satanic and blathering about the end times. The most uncomfortable experienced of my life. Who was ALSO wanting to speak with the manager.
I’ve lived in Hawaii, Washington, South Korea, Missouri and North Carolina – and this is by far the worse McDonalds Ive ever been to. They need to get new management to get everyone here in shape so they can at least provide semi-decent service. Because every-time the spouse suggests going there I audibly groan in disgust.
I cannot wait until I move someplace where I don’t see it every day. I’ve never hated a McDonalds more than this one. It’s so awful. And I feel bad for the customers who expect to be services because it’s basically DND game where they’re one dice roll from having their day partly spoiled.

10/22/25 ☆ HORRIBLE. I just wanted a couple of drinks. The app wouldn’t work, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. So I went inside. Not using the stupid kiosk. Went to the counter, and flagged down an employee. Got my drink cups, then went to get my beverage. Drink station was sticky and dirty. Got .y drinks and left. Highly doubt I’ll ever go back to this location ever again. Next time I will go up to AMC to get my HiC Orange.
