This place can’t get orders right to save there life! They also forget the straws and even the sauce for the McNuggets a few times!!! But when you call, good luck getting someone to talk to you! I have pics to download of every order they messed up, but not all of the ones where they literally forgot a sandwich. I think they should pay for the gas to come there and fix the problem every time they mess it up….does that sandwich look like a triple? Does that breakfast sandwich look like a sausage egg and cheese? There was supposed to be to of the breakfast sandwiches, but only one was in the bag!!!!
Bottom line, if you have your stuff delivered from this restaurant……good luck!!!!

They consistently overcook the smaller patties in the Big Mac or hamburgers. They are dry and taste like foul dead meat. Not a pleasant taste at all. I’ve had this happen every time and will never eat there again. But they don’t care, they are McDonalds. They are not following guidelines on temperature and making the Big Mac properly. The middle piece of bread is on the bottom. There are 2 slices of cheese instead of one and placed on top portion rather than the bottom only. Seriously I wish people would quite patronizing them. Everything tasted so good in the 70s and 80s, now it just tastes dead and dried.

I want to say a special thank you to the manager this evening named Star. She had excellent customer service, smiled and apologized for something that wasn’t even her fault, and was polite and courteous while also being efficient and fast. Star and bodies would have manager should be at a restaurant also staying two hours past her normal shift. People who go above and beyond with a smile on their face and with good customer service. It’s a tough world out there to do so in this day and age so since I saw it I wanted to mention it. Thank you so very much for the good experience Star, I hope you are blessed beyond measure.

Service was absolutely atrocious as the drive thru person kept waving cars to wait at the rail which put five cars stuck and the fifth car had already gotten their meals. We waited ten mins for fries and a 10 PC nugget all while getting honked at by people behind us. The guys came out to give us the meal we had ordered and brought the wrong meal to the wrong car several times. The car in front of us got his meal and sped off while another employee came outside asking the poor kid bringing the food out what was taking him so long like she wasn’t a part of the problem. I told her that it wasn’t his problem or issue and that the manager inside shouldn’t have waved the cars to the rail as this caused a huge hold up in a fast food drive thru. I understand waiting for cooking times and that is acceptable however what’s not ok is the fact that the manager made five cars wait and blamed the kid that was bringing the meals out to the cluster that the manager created. This was a very poor service and the manager definitely could have helped his team get the meals out instead of standing at the first window on their phone while waving us through. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s at all this would not be acceptable at any other establishment and it shouldn’t be here either.

Don’t order McDonalds. The kiosks don’t print out receipts so you won’t remember the order number. Then the manager (assumingly) was handing out take out orders…instead of reading the order number, the manager read what was in the bag. I assumed she meant me (because I didn’t get a receipt printed out) not knowing it was someone else’s order. When I asked for a large cup, the manager tried charging me for another large drink that I ordered (again, not very helpful with the kiosk not printing a receipt) the manager never apologized and seemed rude. Then MY order got served and I find out my food was room temperature, not hot. Very disappointing.

Disgruntled Tenant
Feeding people literal trash!!!

I hate this restaurant chain and refuse to eat here myself but my 2 children are able to stomach this garbage. I won’t eat here considering everything on their menu literally is either injected with liquid sodium or liquid sugar and then dehydrated as this apple pie was and everything is simply a quick fix with no health benefit whatsoever. Elizabeth the manager on duty I spoke with when I finally arrived home, replied that she would only replace the items as long as I drove across town within 24 hours and as I live on the south end and simply stopped here to appease my children as a quick fix before stopping at the pharmacy and going home and I’m not scheduled to drive across town til Monday that doesn’t fit into my schedule for me. I explained to her that the young man at the window tried to have me park and wait for fresh apple pies with the knowledge I was willing to wait because of my extra errand and upper management which was probably Elizabeth herself made this executive decision. I chose this petty review over wasting my gas and literal garbage food for my money’s worth.

These people stole my money. I came up there and ordered . It was at night. The food was cold and I immediately took it back. They had me park while they said they made more. I drove off and what ever they gave me was reheated in a microwave. And I could tell. I drove back and they are closed. I threw it out the window after a few bites. They got me for some money. If they were getting ready to close they should of refunded. This was a awful experience. The owner needs to send his friends and park at QT. He needs to pop up. I feel sick .
