Drive through mobile order. Received a sweet tea when the receipt read unsweetened tea. Not good for a diabetic. Fries had almost zero salt. Will not be excited to go back next time in town.

Google says the location closes at 12am, i got there a little after 11pm. I wasn’t going to order anything big, but they never took my order. I could tell 4 or 5 employees were up front mopping and cleaning. I’ve worked at places like that, so I know they were pretending not to notice me. Again, i didn’t want much, so that was disappointing, especially in a small town where other places are closed. If it were closer to midnight, I would understand, but they had about 45 min left. Oh well. *Since the owner appears to send a link to others with the same complaint, I have already provided my feedback on the website as well. Thank you.

I have went here the 3 times this past week, the first time was just me because I needed food on my lunch break. I ordered the special edition deluxe chicken sandwich and it is supposed to come with bacon. There was none on it and way too much sauce. I called them and they said they would get it fixed and wrote my name down for me to get it later. The second time was for my 3 kids and me and everything was messed up. One kids meal didn’t have pickles or cheese and I added cheese, pickles usually come with it on a burger. The chicken nugget happy meal didn’t come with any sauce and I also asked for another hamburger happy meal this one was add a cheese light mustard add extra pickles and got no pickles and so much mustard it was hard to eat. All the fries tasted old too like they had been sitting out for awhile. I also had gotten a quarter pounder for my son and they put way too much mustard on that as well and didn’t even add the mayo. Went there again today but this time I mentioned how they put my name down, I told them the date that I called up there and talked to them. And just because I couldn’t remember the managers name who talked to me they couldn’t find my name in there book. Well they still put it down for me anyways and I asked them to please make sure there was bacon on it and they said they would. Get home and got the same exact thing as last time, no bacon and way too much sauce. I’m so tired of them messing my food up Everytime. I pay for it, I should get it exactly how I ordered it because some stuff cost extra and it’s not like I’m asking for a refund, I’m just wanting them to get the food right. Each time it was the same shift. It was there night shift. Day shift I haven’t had very many problems. The guy who is always at the window he is always very nice and makes sure I get my receipt Everytime I go there and I appreciate that so much! I go there mainly for my kids but idk, I’m getting tired of going if it is going to continue getting messed up orders.

I just ordered a cheeseburger and Filet O Fish with extra cheese (drive through). The cheeseburger was halfway off the bun but alright. There was extra cheese on the fish sandwich but no tartar sauce at all.

Went to pick up a doordash in Winfield at McDonald’s for a customer (I live in Arkcity so I drove 11miles for this order) when I got to the store location in Winfield went to the drive thru and was told that they was closed this was at 11:20 pm (online says they dont close till Midnight) talked to the lady at the window she said they was closed and even if they gotten a order for doordash they wouldn’t have known cause they are closed.. and was really rude about it.. completely waste of my time and the customers waste of time.. so maybe you should update your hours online !!!!!

As a customer I have never felt more disrespected when I was waiting for my order and the store manager yelled at employee for being late from their break, and the employee said they were picking up meds for their kids. And the manager was rude and very disrespectful and told the employee that they didn’t care. So disrespectful that manager shouldn’t be a manager. the air barely works and no wifi. Stay at home folk’s this place ain’t worth the money people spend to eat here.

I placed a mobile order. My wife got there and went to go get it and they said it hadn’t been paid for when it had. It was never received and then proceeded to get rude with my wife. May or may not return to this McDonald’s. Get your stuff together and think about the customer. One other thing, if you are told it is a mobile order then the least you can do is to mention politely that you may need to check in via the app. I have seen a lot both as a customer and doordasher and I am honestly not impressed.
