Just wanted to share that I am the guy who comes in at 10:50 every night and orders food with a handful of onions. Lol this crew does the most I’m serious I mean I respect both front end and the kitchen. They both understand and are happy to fulfill my order even though it is a few minutes before closing. I often eat at this McDonald’s twice a day and every time I come through the drive-through they know who I am and make sure that my meal is fresh and exactly what I order. Absolute five stars to these guys especially the kitchen crew who puts up with everything day and night. If you build a reputation with this McDonald’s I promise you will not be disappointed. Make sure to give a thinks where it is needed. You guys rock

Everytime I’m in Kingman for work I always go to this McDonald’s. Always so friendly and professional. Keep it up. Causha(sorry if I absolutely butchered the spelling) helped me out today and she was very very polite seems like a hard worker. Good job crew! Thank you

My visit to this McDonald’s is a one-star the reason is customer service was poor she seemed she didn’t know what to do and was dropping money all over the floor. Reason 2) they’re iced tea maker was dripping from the spout on to the sweet machine below in which it was making a sticky mess all over the counter… Reason 3). As I open the bag once I got in my truck I had a few fries that I eating and realize they were old and Moshi… My ticket number was 285 I ordered a number 5 with a medium drink… I believe there are opportunities and that area then this McDonald’s to go to… Migrated this McDonald’s is an F…

No smile, no can I help, no welcome, no thank you and no goodbye. No one said a word except when I asked was the artisan chicken sandwich the only grilled chicken sandwich(the person taking my order simply stated “yes”). I even said hello and goodbye. No response. Worst service ever at a McDonald’s. Plus the “Artisan” chicken doesn’t deserve the name or the $6 dollar price tag. I should have went to Subways.

I waited at the register, no one noticed me for awhile I could hear them talking in the back. Finally an employee came out on his way home. He was filling his personal drinking bottle at the fountain while they were taking my order, which she did with an attitude like I was bothering her. Even at 6 feet away I could smell his horrendous body order, the smell was overwhelming. I was patient waiting my turn while he filled yet another drinking bottle. Thinking about this smelly person touching all the parts of the fountain I was about to use and possibly being the one who cooked my food, almost made me ask for my money back but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, it was a hot day and I worked in plenty of fast food as a teenager I know how hot it gets. Though I was the only customer it still took 5 minutes to get my to go order. I thought “Well at least it will be hot and fresh, they probably had to cook it.” No! Not in the least! My fries were cold, literally Cold, like they had set out, not even under a warmer. My burger was a sloppy mess and luke warm. After a few bites of this catastrophe, thinking about the smell of the employee, though I was starving and really needed something in my stomach between appointments, I just couldn’t eat anymore! I don’t ever expect much from McDonald’s, it is what it is, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

I spent 15 minutes waiting for my food. I assumed that the cars in front of me just ordered a lot or something but I had to wait even longer at the window. All I ordered was 2 burritos. I’m not sure why it took so long to get them out to me.
I honestly could’ve forgiven that part if my burritos weren’t cold. One was barely lukewarm and the other was cold. I worked at McDonald’s for about 3 years and 2 burritos takes a little under 25 seconds to cook in the microwave. These were thrown in and “cooked” for no more than 10 seconds at the very least.
15+ minutes of waiting for cold food? No, thanks.
The guy who took my order and the girl who gave me my food were both very nice to me. Not a single part of my negative review has anything to do with either of them.
To anyone wondering if this specific McDonald’s is worth the money for the food you get. 2 cold, little burritos and an orange juice cost me $8. I’d say, find breakfast somewhere else. I know I will.

Went to order food took forever even know no one was in the Drive-Thru a couple before us ordered a mobile order all she said was ma’am I ordered a coke as well she got mad and grabbed the stack of cups knocked them over basically threw the cup at the customer then walked off shaking her head keep in mind this was a manager now after waiting almost 20 mins for our food a very nice older lady handed us our food she made the experience a tad better for her kindness look I don’t know what’s going on with McDonald’s managers I get it’s tough but you should never treat customers like there nothing they are feeding your paycheck
Ps. McDonald’s I’m not loving it!!!

If I could give this McDonald’s negative stars, I would. Avoid this one. Stop in Goddard or Pratt instead. I went through the drive thru and waited and waited and waited for my food. I finally went inside. It took almost 20 minutes for them to give me my food and it wasn’t busy. The manager was extremely rude. Didn’t apologize. Instead, she made an excuse of them being short staffed, which was a complete lie. They had plenty of workers. Once again, avoid, avoid, avoid!
