This McD’s was fine. They were pretty busy but still didn’t have to wait too long. My rating doesn’t reflect the location itself, rather McD’s high prices and stripped down food. Almost see through burger patties, thin nuggets. Anything to maximize their profits at their customer’s expense. That’s not the fault of the individual stores but the company as a whole.

need to stop going to this mcdonalds just bc its closer! they always mess up my order or straight up cant take it bc there systems down. something on my order is always mess up, old and disgusting and if ur lucky it MIGHT be good. next time im driving the 10 extra minutes to augusta!

used to be one of the best mcdonalds around. recently, everytime ive been there, their “systems are down,” the food is wrong, or the fries are so cold i throw them straight in the trash. really disappointing, i used to go out of my way to go to this mcdonalds. now, i just would rather drive the ten extra minutes to go to augusta for quality.

Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 combo meals. They asked us to pull forward, they had to make the quarter pounder. Long story short we waited almost 20 minutes. My husband ended up going in and getting it. Their excuse was they just finished making the quarter pounder, what were you doing the last 20 minutes? Food wasn’t even fresh. Very disappointing and unacceptable!!

We ordered a head because we knew we weren’t going to get there in time. We get there expecting our order to already be ready and packed because that’s how ordering ahead works. And she gets there and tells us that we’re 7 minutes late for breakfast. Again. That’s why we ordered early. Maybe you should have packed it before we got there. Again, that’s the point of ordering ahead is to have the customer’s order ready before they get there.
