It’s McDonald’s. You know what you are getting when you go there. What you are getting though is overpriced, underseasonned unimaginative food served in an environment that has a corporate sterility emblematic of the finest hospital and prison cafeterias. Service is nonexistent since ordering is shunted through an app or a kiosk.

If I could give it a one star I would we waited for 15 to 20 minutes no one put a sandwich in my bag I don’t know how you can get forget a whole sandwich when my sandwich finally came it was covered like it was like they dumped a whole bag of lettuce on it wish I would have taken pictures fries were cold after asking them to be fresh you could tell they had been cooked and then recooked horrible McDonald’s wouldn’t recommend

My family and I were traveling back to KC from Oklahoma. We stopped at this location to grab a quick bite for the road. The outside of the location was clean and welcoming, however the fries and chicken strips were cold and the wait was longer than most McDonald’s. The overall staff didnt seem welcoming when greeted at the window. I remember a time when McDonald’s employees had pride im their work.

Fairly reliable fast food. I’ve been to this location many times over several years and have only experienced food issues a couple of times. Nothing major, just a hard bun one time and a too runny ice cream once. My concerns were handled promptly and to my satisfaction.
This location is known to be clean and well managed. It reflects in the friendliest staff you’d ever expect in a fast food setting.

I have not been to this McDonald’s location in probably 15 years or more, and now I remember why. On a quick visit for one item through the drive through, I got mediocre food, service with a frown, no napkins in the bag, and they tried to charge me fifty cents for a cup of water.

Picked up 3 meals &an order of crispy chicken strips with 3 pies. Arrived home only to find there was no chicken strips! That was the fifth order in a row that was screwed up. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager asking her if it took a rocket scientist to work here and showed her my receipt letting her know about the missing chicken. I tod her this was the 5th time my order was messed up. She “apologized” then she put a box of chicken in a bag & then dropped the bag on the counter. I looked in the bag and asked about the dipping sauce, at which time she said I’ll get you some and tossed it in the bag. At that time I said it’ll be a while before I come back and the manager then said ” fine, don’t come back”, at which time other employees chimed in supporting the manager telling me not to come back and even started bad mouthing! If this is the type of employees this store hires I guess the owner doesn’t mind loosing $400 + a month from this family. I’ve worked retail and it doesn’t matter how angry a customer gets, you NEVER talk back or bad mouth them EVER!!!

In true fashion my order was messed up but didn’t realize it until I was already at work. My burger was cold and hard around the edges. My fries -hot and fresh, my nuggets -hot and fresh, and my drink was good so I guess I’ll take my 3 out of 4 and call it a win.

Order on the App, had a special order biscuit for our son. Drive up, finally got order, get home and no special order biscuit. Call the phone number and get a recording. I contact McDonald’s via website, I get a response from the Director of Operations. First, she got the location wrong, did apologize but no offer to replace item. With prices today, lack of action to remedy issue is not a very solid business decision . This echoes other reviews of this location on N. Broadway.
