I hate coming in the mornings here!!!! Today, February 4. 2026 around 7:30am. Whoever the older lady is with the glasses, hair up and an attitude, needs to fix it. Ordered a frappe through the app and went through the drive thru, lady in the first window is always nice and super sweet. Second window, the lady with the glasses starts handing me the wrong order and I told her, very nicely, that I just had a frappe. Slammed the window in my face while I was mid sentence then proceeded to try and talk to me through it about what size I got. I sit there for a minute wondering what’s going on. She comes back with a refund in her hands, hands it to me and says sorry the machine is down. So much attitude for no reason!!!! I’ve never had issues with any of the other employees, this older lady always glares and is rude to me every time she is there. Needs an attitude check because this is not okay!!!

So first off. I ordered on the app. We tell them our order number. They say pull to the second window. We pull around and set just behind the 1st window for 20mins. With an employee who was “on break” smokeing weed. Pretty much giving us a contact high. As we start to pull up, he gets up off the ground and walks around the building. We get to the 2nd window. He’s now working the second window. They ask us what our order is and I have to repeat myself 3 times. They hand us our food and I check it. Everything is cold. I ask for fresh fries because I can deal with cold burgers but cold fries are gross. The guy walks around the corner put the same fries in a bag and then comes back and hands it to us. So we pull around and go in. We then proceed to to stand at the front counter with the manager looking at us, then trying to act busy for 10 more minutes. She then walks right by me, looks me in the eyes, hands someone else there food and ignoring me completely walks back over to the fries trying to make herself look busy again. So we left our food and walked out. The kicker? Can’t even get a refund because you can’t do it unless you have your receipt. Which they didn’t even offer. So now I’m down $20 and still hungry, but now I’m beyond mad. If you actually value your money. DO NOT STOP HERE. Waste of time and money. And yes. Me and my husband both contacted head quarters but I really doubt that they are going to do anything about it.

OMG!!! Seriously waited for 20 minutes for the food! Wasn’t a single person in line…I believe that that had to raise the beef and prepare it..then had to grow the potatoes for the French fries. UGH!

If you like having to reassemble your sandwiches and clean the ketchup off the top of your burger bun…this is the place for you. It used to be great but now the food always comes out sloppy and a mess. If I could give zero stars I would. The last burger I got was basically thrown in the bag and half of it wasn’t even wrapped, also the top of my bag was wet when I got it.

This place is filthy. You walk in and their is a weird “old mop water” smell. The womens restroom is disgusting. It needs a good scrub down top to bottom. The fries were old and had a funny taste like they needed to change the grease. I haven’t eaten at a McDonalds in over 5 years and this visit made me never want to go back. The woman that brought us our food out was super nice. I get working in fast food is not the most enjoyable job but have some pride and clean the place before someone gets sick from it.

I was asked to wait 3 min. when I was at the counter. I said not a problem. The person in the drive thru was able to get away from there and came asked what I’d like to order, said I have a mobile order, they asked for order number I gave it to them. After looking they said they
couldn’t find it and what was the name. The other person who was filling orders and taking some outside said is it for Cindy Thomas. I said yes. My food was hot and made right thank you!!(
