Got my food adound 7:20pm 2 of these photos are from trip A. I asked for no onions, extra ketchup, add mayo on my cheeseburger. When I got home I found that it has nothing but a smidgen of ketchup and mustard. Looks as if someone tried to wipe the suace off. I went back to fix the mistake and accidentally ended up at a different McDonald’s who told me they cant fix a mistake that was from a different location yet ive been able to do that in the past (also yall are the same company wth). When I got to the correct location I was met with impatience from the first window lady. She got my order down and sent me to the second window where I was met with two amazing woman who had a great vibe and even laughed together before handing me my cheeseburger around 8:20pm. I get home yet again, open my sandwich, to find a singular pickle and a little bit of ketchup. I am NOT making a 3rd trip just for this location to mess it up again. McDonald’s needs to step up and do better cause how you gonna waste my time and money after guaranting quick, quality, food.

Definitely not my favorite McDonald’s you go to. Service is usually slow. The crew members the I’ve interacted with there aren’t very friendly. Coffee is usually old or cold or both, anytime of day. The food hardly tastes fresh. 6 out of 10 times something in the order is wrong or completely left the out of the bag.

I got my order with hair inside my sandwich and the manager was the one the gave me my food I open the box in front of him and showed him the hair and he was like “that’s not hair “ and it was a hair inside he was so rude
So I showed it to the kitchen supervisor and she replaced it for me .
If I could give this store 0 stars I was doing it
In the end my experience in this place destroyed only because this manager that don’t know what is it customer service.

Drive thru at this location has stolen from me twice. First, they refused to refund a frozen drink I paid for, claiming they didn’t have to despite the machine being down, and no viable alternatives being offered. Second, they pulled me to a parking spot and forgot about me for over twenty minutes, serving dozens of other customers, then refused a refund, insisting that I wait longer for spit in food. I contacted corporate, and it has been made clear that there will be no resolution. I’m not begging you to do the right thing over the phone, which was the instructions I was given in a rude voice mail. No. It will be in writing, and now it will be public.

This McDonald’s was straight-up awful. The Coke tasted disgusting—way too sweet but also weirdly gross with a nasty aftertaste. The sweet tea was unbearable, like someone dumped sugar into something that already tasted off. The fries were pathetic: soggy, brown, and looked like they’d been sitting out forever. Nothing tasted fresh, and the whole meal felt careless and low-effort. I genuinely regret spending money here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I order from here on my way to work and they are so lazy and don’t follow instructions! My coffee usually takes me 20 mins to get and that’s ridiculous for a large iced coffee but others are getting their full bags and driving off. Then I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they didn’t give me extra anything I asked for they gave me less! If you can’t do your job correctly then don’t be there. I can’t stand the girl at the window she is lazier than all of them.

I ordered in the app. This is the third time I’ve given a “second” chance over the past couple of years. Today, no sauces for the kids’ happy meal nuggets, milk was left out. The app failed and wouldn’t let me add my parking spot. Figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. There were other cars waiting so I figured someone would ask. Nope. After 20 minutes, I called and they said oh it’s been sitting here for a long time. Again, I assumed they would put fresh food. So, three melted frozen cokes, watery iced tea, cold food and missing items… The only positive was the older lady who brought the food out. She was pleasant.

Everyone by now is use to the cold food they serve by now however them serving rotten food is a new one for me not to mention that I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle but received a sausage egg and cheese mc muffin the egg was completely dark Gray and tasted funny. I hope I don’t get food poisoning from this.
