Need a quick meal to carry back to the hotel after a long 15hr day of traveling with 4 children. Get settled in the hotel, ready to eat, and discover everyone that had ordered burgers received raw burgers. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager to notify them. Tamia identified herself as the manager and told me my only options were to bring the burgers back and they would remake them or issue a refund. I was not bringing the burgers back as I was already settled in for the night and was heading out traveling again early a.m. the following day
I said my main concern wasn’t a refund, although it would’ve been 100% appropriate in this situation, but for other people that were probably being serving raw food to. Ms. Tamia said they would need to see the burger to know how to calibrate the cooking time. I did offer to send pictures of the raw burger her she declined to receive.

Great service and super clean! I mean super clean. Arrived just after dawn and Genesis was our cashier. Before I could get my change, my coffee was in my hand. Uniforms in tact, food prep area was spotless, outside grounds were being meticulously maintained. Great job, especially after coming out of St. Louis! Whew! I still don’t eat Micky D’s but I had to give this one props!

This location has never failed me! Well. Maybe once or twice, but ratio wise that doesn’t even matter, they are ahead of most others! Friendly folks, quick preparation, usually accurate. The food is always hot!

The place was clean.The food tasted as it should for McDonald’s.The only thing that was a little weird was that you can only place two orders if you’re in the drive thru. we got our food pretty quick.And the staff was friendly as well.

Beautiful building, parking lot, drive-thru, curbside pickup area was nicely maintained, wheelchair accessible parking lot.
Once inside, you can order at the counter, but there is a large monitor that you can use to order and pay for your order, which is very convenient. The restrooms are also rather clean.
However, some of the items I ordered were forgotten, and the french fries were less than half the size I ordered.

We placed our curbside pickup order at 1:10 PM, but no one brought it out. At 1:40 PM, I finally went inside to get the order myself. When we received it, the kids’ meal hamburger was wrong, and the value meal was missing the soda. There also weren’t any drink holders available.
An employee said they would bring out the missing soda, but after waiting another five minutes, we gave up and left. Overall, it was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.

Whoever was currently working the drive through window at 7 o’clock. On August 20th 2025, it was very rude. Very short too, and had no sense of customer service, I proceeded to tell me to just pull up to the window when I gave them my online order number, and then I proceeded to wait at the window. For over ten minutes and uh, after a ten minute, wait, she opened the window, pass me a drink and pass me my food and said, here you go and closed the window so fast. I couldn’t even ask if this was even my order. I ordered a big Mac with using points. I ordered a large fry and a large iced tea. My fried, what is a medium very upset with the service and how they conduct their business
