Two stars total because this is one of the few remaining McDonald’s that has a play place. And I gave 3 stars on service because when I went and stood behind the counter an employee did come to speak to me and when I asked for someone to empty the trash in the play area they did immediately come and do that. I’ve never had a problem with the food.
I’ve been here once or twice before and the play area was not super clean but also not super messy. Here on a Tuesday at 6:30pm and the play area is disgusting. Trash overflowing on the floor, tables not cleared, trash and food and sticky spilled drinks all over the floor. Shame on the customers who made this mess, but I’m the only one here right now and even the employee came to empty the trash no one came to clean the tables or floors.

Came here at about 4:30pm on Sunday and the playplace was completely empty but very dirty. Trash and food were on the floor and a bunch of tables hadn’t been cleaned off. The floor was also very sticky But I get it, being a Sunday evening and understaffed I totally understand that cleaning up the play area is the last thing anyone wants to/can do. I mean, I would much rather have customers in the drive-thru and dine-in be fully taken care of first instead of worrying about the cleanliness of the play area…. BUT at least maybe try to get someone to come in every so often to clean a couple things? ♀️ Just a thought Anyways, outside of that, my 6 year old had a lot of fun here and we ended up staying about an hour for him to run off some energy. He really enjoyed this playplace over the last 4 others that I’ve taken him to. It has a lot of different things for kiddos of all ages to do.

Went in to eat and workers here look miserable and unhappy. French fries are stale and the outside rim to sandwich bread is hard like its been sitting out for a long time. Apparently no worker here knows to communicate efficiently with customers. When asked a simple question like, “can I get some ketchup packets?” They’ll go grab the manager to come out and yell at you. Not coming back.

Unbelievable. Got home from drive thru and no fries. Went back up and inside and wanted all new food because I didn’t want hot fries and cold sandwiches. Manager obliged and gave me a whole new hot order.
Got home…. NO APPLE PIE…. No wonder the employees can’t fill an order… the manager can’t either and he trained them.
Called the number on the receipt…DISCONNECTED. What a disappointment.
Maybe when you do the BOGO for a Chiefs sac they get their money back elsewhere.

This was my favorite McDonald’s location in Overland Park, however today’s experience is a one big disaster. Maybe something happened to the management of this location, but this place is not good anymore. The staff is completely ignorant to the kids area. The kids area is a big mess. It looks like nobody cleans it up. The only thing they care about is drive-thru line.

I never leave bad reviews but I feel like I need to this time. They forgot part of my order the last three times that I have been there. Employees seemed rude going through the drive through and walking in no matter what time of the day you go or what day you go.

This is a great McDonald’s that recently renovated and looks wonderful inside alongside a Play Place which is a good place for the little ones! This place is still clean as ever and one of the best run ones that I have been to.

Newly remodeled McDonald’s, much cleaner and nicer and long bench seating’s good for group of people gathering. Very active drive through causes the traffic and parking is a little difficult all day long. Nice seating and I would say remodeling definitely successful.

Servers were not pleasant. Food was ok. They must not know how to make a McFlurry as I got vanilla ice cream with the m & m’s dumped on top. Will likely go to another location after this.
