Store will refuse to give you an ice water through the drive through because they are worried about customer time in drive through despite spending $20+ consistently on a weekly basis.
Ordering through the app will not allow you to order an ice water, when you ask for it at the speaker they tell you to ask at the window, when you get to the window they want you to come inside to get your water so it does not add 30 seconds to their wait times.

This is a really nice McDonalds. I enjoy dining in because there are a lot of comfy seating options and it’s recently renovated.
There’s a lot of outlets near tables if you are working/studying. There’s even an interactive game table.
Drive thru is usually fast and efficient.

Are y’all short staffed?
I went on a Tuesday night around 8:30. The door reads that lobby hours are until 12, but apparently not because the doors were locked and all chairs were upright.
Ok, annoying but whatever.
I got in the drive thru line. Only one person in front of me. The person who took my money at one window, ended up being the same person to hand me my food at the 2nd window too. I saw 3 people total, but obviously have no idea who was in the back.
And, I know you’re probably short staffed but come on, did you really have to SMASH the burger? I know this isn’t fine dining or anything but come on, did you care?

Worst service ever. They make me drive up when I ordered just a burger and when they start shouting out the window at me. This is the end of McDonald’s for me and my family. STOP TRYING TO FAKE THE TIME CLOCK OR DO AWAY WITH THE DAMN CLOCK.

The people here are always the friendliest however they refuse to fulfill breakfast orders placed and paid for on line before the cut off if you aren’t in store to pick them up. I placed my order at 1027 so it would be fresh and arrived at 1035 and they did not have my order but it was still showing paid in my bank account and preparing in the app. After much discussion the store claimed it was an app problem, told me to call customerservice, and refunded me. Customerservice said it was a store policy issue and not coperate or the apps fault. I Would not reccoment placing online orders for this location.

TEACH YOUR WORKERS HOW TO BAG CORRECTLY! I’m tired of coming here and having to dig my fries out of the bottom of the bag and that’s usually on top of messing up part of my order as well. Used to do this for 7 years. It’s not that hard to get it right and get it out fast

I ordered a LARGE fry …cuz I wanted MORE fries. Got the large fry box but didn’t get any more fries than a small. Just read the other reviews and I will be going to the OTHER McDonalds on 87th from now on. AND THEY WANT $15 AN HOUR? DO BETTER!!!!

I get the meal pictured all the time. Super healthy and very tasty. I don’t go to this particular location very often but they were very good. Young staff. I guess it’s really hard to get worker’s these days. They did a very good job. Upbeat emplyees and we didn’t wait long.
