Workers are always respectful and i doubt this was an intentional screw up but maybe some carelessness. I think ill take the extra drive now to a different location for a while after receiving a raw patty on one of my burgers. Imagine my suprise and concern when I got home and bit into it. No hate McDonald’s but please have your people checking the food they push out to people. I get its fast food and I dont expect perfection but id at least like it cooked. Raw meat was not on my order.

Well there is always a few rules to know if your gonna visit the famous “Mickey D’s”
1. 7 out of 5 order are wrong statistically… so just plan on taking it back or eating someone else’s food… its in their charter !!!
2. The fries are amazing, but they’re gonna eventually kill ya… so DO NOT DIE FOR COLD FRIES… take em back and “get em hot”!
3. All the red shirts and hats are the newbee’s
So go easy on them… they’re just kiddo’s. But if they’re over 40 it’s free game!!!
4. They have the corner on the perfect coke mixture. If they had sonic ice, it would be perfect.

Got a ripped bag and overflowing drink that had way too much liquid on the top. I understand small tears but this is ridiculous. Fries were also placed upside down in the bag

That was a weird experience. Never had issues of this place till a couple weeks ago. They forgot to give me half my order but I was already gone and did not come back for it. So this time I check my bag and I’m missing my cheeseburger. I go back through and they don’t even ask me what I’m missing and try to hand me a bag that’s not my food. I then tell them what I had and the dude pulls up my cheeseburger like he had it in his pocket and was palming it. I don’t know what he did to the cheeseburger but I’m very afraid to eat it. I think I will not be going here anymore the staff as declined in the recent weeks.

First of all, whoever made the Sausage Egg and Cheese mcmuffin (add bacon) at 11:13am deserves every ounce of praise. I swear I’ve never had such a perfectly constructed, flawlessly centered, and accurate breakfast sandwich at any McDs in my life, and I order it regularly. I wish I could show you this masterpiece. I’m serious. Please give them some type of sandwich master award.
The hashbrown was exactly how crispy a mcd’s hashbrown should be. It was a bit on the cool side, but still great since I ate it immediately.
The fries were maybe a 3/5 as they were a little too cool. We ate some of the fries in the parking lot, but they were cold before we got to our destination about 5 minutes away. The order was out the window literally the second we pulled up to the second window so they were probably pre-made during a lull in traffic. I’d absolutely wait a little longer for fresh fried goods! It only takes 3 minutes.
The crew member at the first window was very professional and pleasant. The crew member at the second window didn’t say anything, handed the bag out of the window, and closed it immediately.
Overall it was still a good experience.
That sandwich really carried the team today. It really made my day, even though that seems silly. Thank you 11:13am sandwich master

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food was dry and overcooked, trash was overflowing in every bin, trash on tables, nothing was wiped down, ketchup from the dispenser looked strange so we used packet ketchup, tables were covered in the numbered tent signs, what we assumed was a workers child was camped out and sleeping in one of the booths, children’s play area was closed and locked (which after seeing the state of the dining area, I probably didn’t want my child playing in the play area anyways) Oddly enough, the women’s bathroom was pretty decent.

UPDATE: while the guy was kind, their menu shows the wrong deals inside. No apology just a shrug. Further recommend trying a different McDonald’s if possible
Overall it’s McDonald’s. Fast and easy. I don’t think I have had fresh fries yet from here and their “medium” is more like a small size. Good in a pinch but I’d recommend a different one.
