Ordered two burritos and asked for them to be fresh. Not cold or barely warm eggs and the burrito to be crispy on the ends. Got home with barely warm eggs and crispy burrito. Terrible. Won’t be coming back. It happens way too often. This McD’s is one of the worst when it comes to their food.

I usually love going to McDonald’s and never really had Problems with this location but lately I’ve been seeing a changing their food every time I will take a bite into something soft there would be something hard in it, and I would have to spit it out. recently I bought chicken nuggets. I took a bite and I felt a weird crunch. I spat it out and looked inside the chicken nugget and saw a big black spot right in the middle and sadly it wasn’t the only chicken nugget with Crunch in it I just didn’t look into it please don’t order from this place anymore. I’m not sure what happened but I’m pretty sure it’s not safe.

It was very busy and it took a long time to get to talk to a cashier and receive our food. They were doing pretty well for how little they had, but we were almost there for an hour waiting for our take out orders. We were trying to get food to eat at a park but due to the wait it was too dark outside. I hope next time they will be able to find enough people for the dinner rush.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Got a spicy crispy sandwich. Took one bite, disgusting. No meat whatsoever. Grissle and tendons. Just absolutely disgusting. Tried to break it in half hoping some part of it was meat. Just more grissle and tendon and was a very weird color inside. Just absolutely disgusting. Threw it away. Ended up eating nothing. Completely ruined my appetite.

I understand that mechanical failures happen — the Drive-Thru here was out of service when I arrived — but what happened next was unforgivable. I placed an online order for my child’s school lunch and, after waiting in line, I exited my car to ask for help. The staff I approached were dismissive, indifferent, and completely lacking in basic empathy. Because of their negligence my child missed his lunch period at school.
This is not a one-off problem; I’ve experienced rude and careless service at this location before. Paying customers deserve respect and accountability — not apathetic employees who act like they’re doing you a favor. McDonald’s: fix your training and your attitude at this store, or expect this to be shared widely. I will be posting this experience across my social channels and escalating to corporate if I don’t receive a prompt, meaningful response.

Rudest employees I’ve ever delt with. Somehow my online order got put to the counter so they refused to let us have it at the window saying oh but it’s at the counter, well go get it then. They was acting like it was in a whole other building. Shouldn’t matter!!! Then they suddenly forget English when you try to talk to them. The lady working tonight was the worst, she just didn’t want to do her JOB and fill drinks. Lazy and rude!!!!

The only good thing about my visit here was that it wasn’t noisy or busy. My order was messed up pretty badly. My burger was ordered with no pickles and no mustard. Simple order, but it came with extra mayo ( which I did not order, any may at all). It was also supposed to be a plain hamburger, but it was a cheeseburger. My fries were also stale tasting.

This place is horrible
don’t go to this location because the guy with barely hair, has tattoos on his neck, works there 24/7 is a horrible worker. We ordered a cup of water and he literally makes sure we get water because if you don’t he will ask for the cup and supposedly “call the cops”. Makes me feel VERY uncomfortable.
