Called the manager to let them know my order was wrong. It took forever for them to answer and then had an attitude when I tried to explain what happened. I’m not going back out in this bad weather for a refund. Overall inconsiderate and not helpful.

Go through the drive-through to get a caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle. I go to the first window I pay for my frappe I sit there and I weigh almost 20 minutes to go to the second window after paying to be told there’s no caramel drizzle. Why take my money and have me pay for it if you don’t have it. Then they got irritated because I wanted my money back. You can’t expect someone to pay for something they don’t get just like I can’t expect to get something that I don’t pay for.

They were only taking orders through the drive though or you could go in and order through the kiosk. The didn’t bring the food out, you had to wait for it up in the front, which was fine. I’m sure they were short staffed. The food was prepared and we had no complaints. You were able to get your own drinks. The inside of the store was pretty clean. The Christmas Tree was awesome with boxes put on it from McDonalds.

The owner of this location has overinflated their pricing to the extent of exceeding those in Chicago.
$6.01 for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. I pulled out of the drive thru and went to an actual restaurant.
“Value” is important. Plastic cheese and bacon at $6.01 fails to provide value.

Places a mobile order and used the drive thru. Took a few minutes and the apple pie i ordered was two hours past its best by time. Will probably try a different McDonald’s next time.

I was disappointed lunch started at 10:30. It’s not the fault of the employees, but that is ridiculous!! Then for some reason none of the rewards on the app could be used. No sweets or drinks using ice cream could be ordered and the food was average.

Stopped by this McDonald’s for coffee. It’s a typical McDonald’s although it’s a bit smaller on the inside compared to what I see at other units. It has a drive-thru and you can get deals when ordering via the app. It’s next to shopping centers and stores so that can be convenient as well.
