They didnt confirm the pick up for a DoorDash order so someone stole it. Then they refused to remake the order. Called dasher support and told McDonalds that dasher support will be calling to speak with them, they refused to answer the phone even though we all could here it ringing. Then while I was on the support waiting, the lady handling all the food orders and bagging them picked her nose and did not have any gloves, didnt wipe anything off and proceed to handle multiple orders. My order had to be canceled due to Doordash confirming they were not answering the phone. Dasher and diners beware this McDonald’s

I visited today, 10/26 at 1:35 pm.
There is a very sweet woman that was at the first window who I paid with. She is there a lot, as we are frequent to this location, and she is so kind and great at her job. She always smiles and even made me laugh today. I really appreciate this kind of attitude working in the fast food industry because I know it can be hard and it’s rare to come across good attitudes like hers.
I hope management lets her know about this review and gives her the recognition and appreciation that she deserves. She’s like this EVERY time we see her. <3

We just wanted to enjoy a relaxing breakfast, but instead ended up with employees screaming and shouting at each other for whatever reason for the longest time! Disappointing atmosphere for one of the nicest decorated franchise stores we’ve been in! That was impressive! The dirty tables, windows, countertops, and bathrooms, there’s no excuse! Employees sitting around talking with hardly anybody in the store! The food was good, and I had to keep asking for missing parts of our order! We spent part of the time watching the staff look at us since we were taking photos and a video as they finished their screaming match! What an embarrassment to McDonalds!!!! I took a couple of photos of the parking lot for a reason! We were the only patrons in the restaurant, and you could see where the employees took all the parking spots of patrons, as many were elderly walking in! The drive-thru must be the best option for this location!

They let three of the most disrespectful, arrogant, entitled kids I have ever met sit there slander, disrespect and say some of the most outrageous things about the crew, the people eating there, the food they ordered, made a huge mess, tried to ride a dirt bike in the store. And this McDonald’s sat there and laughed with them. I’m really disappointed.

Food was cold. Fries were thrown in bag upside down. Chicken nuggets were also thrown in and not in box. Drinks were incorrect. Staff were yelling. Not very clean. Employees aren’t nice.

I have mobility issues. The staff are wonderful about packing my to go orders in a way that is easier for me to carry while using a cane.
When dining in, they offer to bring my food to the table so I don’t need to balance it. The dining room and restroom is kept clean.

UPDATE as of 8/11/19:

I have experienced issues with this location in the past. While the management and staff are overall very nice, the quality of food has not been up to par. I simply ordered a 20-piece McNuggets and large fries. Everything came out very dry and almost over-cooked. I had the fries replaced, but they still taste burnt. Maybe the oil needed to be replaced. The drink dispensers were also very foamy, to the point you had to keep filling your cup for at least a minute before it was full. Not very happy trying to feed my family with these issues.

I placed a mobile order as soon as the restaurant opened. When I arrived, the exterior lights were off. There were cars in the lot, but not sure what was going on I pulled up to the drive-thru. I sat there for almost five minutes before the order taker greeted me. When I asked if they were open and she confirmed they were, I advised her the outer lights were off. Her exact response was, “Well they’re showing on in here, so I don’t know what to tell you.” Another vehicle in the second drive-thru lane passed by, and I advised her they were losing customers. The line went dead for almost another five minutes before a rude tone asked “Are you going to order something sir?” When I explained I had a mobile order, she asked if I had two orders which I did not. She finally told me to pull up to the second window. After an awkwardly silent interaction, I had to ask for a receipt so I could fill out the online survey. Much to my frustration, I came home to find I had been charged TWICE for the exact same amount.

Between a loss of time, an unpleasant and very upsetting experience, and the inconvenience of contacting management to fix the error – this has definitely changed my attitude about this location. I have already boycotted another local McDonald’s and it looks like I’ll be adding to this list.
