Worse McDonalds ever!!! NEVER have what you asked for in the bag. Oatmeal comes with raisins and apples! They hardly ever supply them and the apples are always old. You ask for a an extra sauce the manager ask for money which is fine. But as a manager do your part and make sure we get what we pay for. Check the sack and quit rushing! Quality over quantity!

First of all the lady who greeted me was extremely rude from the get go. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on your customers is NEVER the answer. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for our food (like 5 small items including a drink ) we had to go inside to get our order which looked and felt like it had been sitting there for a while. There were maybe 4 people total in the drive through and no one inside. The lady(girl?) gave us serious attitude when I asked for my meal, and had a nasty stained pink whale tail thong Drove all the way home to find out that our snack wrap was not in the bag, which happens I understand. I go on the app to get a refund for the item that wasn’t in my bag, just for it to tell me I need to contact the store. Well I’ve tried for the past hour to call only to be hung up on several times or just let ring. Again the store is not busy at all at this time, I will not be coming back.

I know that it’s hard to get people to work these days but come on. The one you could understand was the rudest. They shorted our order by two meals and a soda. Finally got one meal and the wrong soda. Couldn’t get them to understand I still needed one meal and I finally left. Ripped off in KC. I do not recommend this McDonald’s. The letter just started me at the legend McDonough was rude. My food was have none I paid for a follow back. She said I didn’t. They overcharged me. They didn’t give me no sauce. Filthy! Large dog sitting upright at table. Worker literally brushed off all tables in dining area with her hands, used zero disinfectant on any tables, and moved on. GROSS!
Absolutely disgusting. Floors sticky and greasy, drink machine disgusting, and dining area a petri dish. They forgot our food, we had to return to counter toast for it, food was not good, and ice tea old. Will never return.

I ordered a daily double only ketchup lettuce and onion , a mcdouble , and a large sprite. They rang up the daily double and mcdouble correctly but rang up the sprite as a large fries. being polite we didn’t ask them to remove the large fry and just added a large sprite to the order. they gave us two mcdoubles, one of which had no mustard and a single pickle , and they didn’t give me my burger ? And they didn’t give us the LARGE fry that they charged us EXTRA for .

Horrible McDonald’s. I’d rather drive to the Johnson Drive one than go here. Manger name is Gabby, she was very hard to understand and she barley spoke English. I was in line and I had ordered some food with my partner and some friends and safe to say im neve coming back to this stupid location. They handed me the completely wrong bag, they asked me to sit at the number 2 spot and which I did I came to the spot waited about 15 minutes then the food came out and it wasn’t even the right food so that was a complete waste of money. I told the lady that the order was wrong and she said okay I’ll be back then never came back. We sat there and waited for like 20 minutes with nothing .

Nothing like some SPIT in a chicken sandwich! I’ll be reporting this. I ordered a HAPPY MEAL and got my daughter a mcchicken as well and someone apparently didn’t like the light mayo request and SPIT IN MY DAUGHTERS FOOD.
